RURAL VILLA IN RIOFRIO with EXCELLENT LOCATION (Andalucia)

This Rural House is located Riofrio: If you want to spend a quiet area, but in turn be able to enjoy nature, have a picnic, see the water stream where the Font NATURA water is packed, this is the perfect place.
In addition, this is a beautiful area to meet with your friends or family who live in another province, this house is perfect, wonderful and so you can enjoy the Barbacaoa in the day and night, bathe in the pool, away from traffic noise but close to go to eat in the Restaurants of Riofrio that are 5 minutes walking. Riofrio is a typical area of Andalucia for its Restaurants as people from MALAGA Y GRANADA arrive especially because the food is very good and cheap (Trout and sturgeon).
This house has 2 floors, ideal for families or friends
The first floor is located the Salon with its sofa, table and dining room and the kitchen very well equipped with all its utensils and appliances such as: Microwave, oven, kettle, coffee makers, turmix, washing machines, hob etc and a toilet
I can also place an extra bed for someone who cannot climb the stairs.
Second Floor.- It is very well decorated because when you go up the stairs you will find a very large mirror that covers the entire wall and some pictures along the corridor.
The Main Room with its 180 cm large bed can also place one or two additional beds in this room since it is very large or a Cot with its sheets (summer) and duvet cover and comforters (winter) and its Bathroom with Shower ( Suite style) with its shower and hand towels and shower mats for each guest.

The second room has a 180 cm bed with its bedding according to the season sheets or duvet covers and comforters and I can also place a crib with your baby bedding.

Third Room .- There are 4 beds of 90 cm with their bedding according to the season, night lamps.
In the hallway there is a bathroom with its bathtub, hand towel and shower towels for each of the guests.
There is also a super large closet with hangers where you can store your luggage and clothes.
The Garden that is located at the entrance of the house there is the Barbecue at the foot of the pool, a table with 8 chairs and another table with 3 chairs for a drink, tea or coffee.
A Parasol and two sun loungers, the pool has light at night which can be used for free.

And the neighborhood is very quiet.
It has private parking for one car and public parking
Pets are welcome and I would also like to inform you that the house is completely closed where animals cannot escape.

You can visit Granada (Alahambra de Granada, Science Park and the famous restaurant route with its TAPITAS.
The house is 55 minutes from the SIERRA NEVADA Sky Station.
You can visit Seville, Jaen, Cordova (Cordova patios) Torre del Mar (fish) and Antequera among other Provinces of Andalucia.
You can practice hiking, fishing, climbing, paragliding to the delta etc.
