About this property

BEAUTIFUL and COZY house, in the countryside, 4km from the sea! NATURE and RELAX!

The apartment has a living room with kitchen (gas stove, electric oven and fridge), sofa bed and TV, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe (on request it is possible to add an additional single bed) . The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and is delivered complete with towels and sheets. Free Wifi Internet is available.

Casale Orioles is a newly built structure. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchen (stove, oven, fridge and kitchen utensils), bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed and wardrobe (on request it is possible to add an additional single bed or cot for children). The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, free WiFi Internet and is delivered complete with sheets, towels and hairdryer as well as a small kit for personal hygiene.

The exterior consists of a large furnished veranda and a large green space available for guests, with barbecue for outdoor grilling, a corner with washing machine and drying rack and a large internal car park.

Casale Orioles is located downstream from the village of Torretta, 15km from Palermo, immersed in the tranquility of the typical Sicilian countryside. The property is in an ideal position for connections as it is 4km from the motorway junction that connects to Punta Raisi airport (16km), 4km from the Poseidon di Carini shopping center and just 5km from the splendid Capaci beach.

Quiet paradis

Peace and tranquility.

The location is wonderful surrounded by nature, hills and olive trees. Very convenient to go to explore Palermo, coastal resorts, castles and historical places. Easy and enjoyable to travel to/from (rented car). The villa is attractive and tasteful: has a large terrace with relaxing views and there is BBQ in the garden. Giuseppe (owner) is extremely hospitable providing ample maps/guides and advice on places to visit. We arrived so late that we were offered tasty local bread with his own delicious olive oil! Thoroughly recommend Casale Orioles.

Un grand merci à Giuseppe pour son accueil et ses conseils qui nous ont permis de visiter des coins auxquels nous n’avions pas pensé. La location est bien située, au calme dans les oliviers mais pas très loin de la mer et de Palerme A recommander !

Beautiful time in Sicily and perfect stay

This was our first time in Sicily and we were really lucky with our chosen stay. Very nice house in the middle of the mountains . Very quiet and beautiful place. In the morning, have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the sun. Very well located, to Palermo and all other cities with sights. To reach everything perfectly by car. Train station is not far away. We had really good traditional restaurants nearby and we were able to reach the best beaches within 15 minutes to 1 hour. To the owner of the house. Dear Guiseppe, many thanks for your kind and warm welcome. For the best and detailed tips you have given us. We were in perfect hands. Guis recommended us traditional and really best places in the area. Many thanks for the nice time in Sicily. We will gladly come back and will recommend you in any case. Confort et calme

Très bien situé (pas loin de l'aéroport, mais sans les nuisances, pas loin de Palerme), très calme, au milieu des oliviers et des figuiers de barbarie. Panorama à 360° sur les collines environnantes. Propriété close et sécurisée. Terrasse couverte et ombragée, bien aménagée, où l'on peut vraiment faire une pause. Appartement confortable avec climatisation et balcon bien orienté, où l'on peut (petit-)déjeuner à deux. Giuseppe, le propriétaire, est très sympathique, prêt à vous aider dans la préparation de vos visites, et vous donne des informations et documents très utiles. On ne peut que recommander "Casaleorioles".

Nice and calm in nature

We had all we needed. Guiseppe offered us a welleqipped apartment with everything from coffee and tea to a map and a book about Sicily. We also could taste his own oliveoil with local bread. Heavenly! We explored the surroundings easily situated near the highway and reached the airport in 15 minutes for the early flight home./ Elena and Bengt

parfaite qualité de l' accueil, Giuseppe est très disponible et à l' écoute de ses hôtes , le gite est parfaitement équipé et très confortable . calme est tranquillité assurés. Ne pas oublier d' acheter de l' huile d' olive.

Piccolo Paradiso

"Piccolo paradiso terrestre " Con mia moglie e il nostro piccolo, abbiamo trascorso poco piu' di un mese in questa adorabile casa vacanza, l'appartamento(Apt.B)dove77 allogiavamo era estremamente pulito ed attrezzato, fuori una incantevole veranda e un grande spaziale(dove il nostro piccolo Olesiy si divertiva a correre senza mai stancarsi) arredate con sedie tavolini sdraie e divani per potersi rilassare, e con un bel BBQ dove poter fare delle deliziose grigliate. Il tutto circondato dalla natura, alberi d'ulivo, fichi, fichi d'india, mandorle ecc... Giuseppe,il propetario, una persona gentilissimo ed amichevole sempre disponibile e attento a tutte le esigenze e le richieste dei vacanzieri, informato e preparatissimo nel consigliare localita' da visitare e ristoranti dove gustare la buona cucina siciliana. Il Casale Orioles ha una posizione logistica favorevole a tutto, infatti in un raggio di 10-15 km o meglio 10/20 minuti si raggiunge l'aeroporto, la citta' di Palermo, in meno di 10 minuti il mare di Isola delle feminine o se si preferisce la montagna. Cosi dopo un giorno di gironzolare, la sera al rientro al Casale Orioles, la pace, la serenita' la tranquillita' fanno la loro parte, non potevamo chiedere di piu'. "Casale Orioles casa vacanza" Alla prossima!!!!!

Goed appartement met gunstige ligging

Mooi gebouw waarin 3 appartementen. Wij hadden het achterste met een balkon en uitzicht op de bergen. Geen meubilair, we hebben 2 stoelen van het gemeenschappelijke terras genomen. De inrichting is goed, de keukenuitrusting kon beter (geen waterkoker). Prettig was de parkeergelegenheid op eigen, afgesloten terrein. Dichtbij (3 km) groot winkelcentrum met Super Auchan, ook Palermo en Monreale zijn goed te rijden. Wij hebben 4 dagen een prima verblijf gehad met een vriendelijke en attente gastheer.
