The house is located on an enclosed plot of 3000 m² on the heights of a quiet district of MIMET, a small town south of Aix-en-Provence at the foot of the Étoile massif. To the north, the view leads to Mont Ventoux, the Luberon and Sainte Victoire, to the south towards the Massif de l'Etoile.
Terraced on its western part (large building separated into two independent properties), the land planted with holm oaks and pines extends to the east of the house. In summer, all meals can be taken on the shaded north terrace and located in the extension of the kitchen. A gas barbecue is at your disposal (wood fires and charcoal are prohibited). The secure pool area (8X4), between pine forest and scrubland typical of Provence awaits you for moments of relaxation. The pool terrace is equipped with parasols and deckchairs. Under the pines a few meters from the swimming pool, a table tennis table awaits amateurs. To liven up the cooler evenings in autumn-winter, a large wood stove in the living room and an open fireplace in the fireside allow you to gather around an outbreak. Dating from the 80s, the house offers the simplicity and friendliness of a country house.
Built on a small nipple, the relief is therefore present outside. Inside, you can access the different living spaces by one or more steps. The house would therefore not be suitable for people who would have difficulty moving around.
The amenities are close: a supermarket and a pharmacy at 500 meters, bakeries, fruit and vegetables at 1.4 km.
