L'appartamento è molto grazioso e confortevole, la signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile. prevediamo di tornare in futuro. É un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità immerso nella natura.

Irreführende Fotos

Dass die Gartenanlage von mehreren Mieterparteien gleichzeitig genutzt wird stand nicht im Inserat und es hatte keinen direkten Zugang vom Ministudio. Im inserat war eine zeitlang noch andere Fotos von der grösseren Wohnung des gleichen Vermieters dargestellt. Keinen w-wlan empfang im ministudio. Der Vermieter bat uns keine Lösung an, um das Problem des Internet zu lösen und wir mussten uns sogar selber eine Fritzbox kaufen, um einigermassen einen Empfang zu kriegen. Sogar mit dieser Fritzbox war der Internetempfang in einem sehr schwachen Empfang. Ministudio war sehr feucht, insbesondere das fensterlose Badezimmer. Im Badezimmer befand eine zu schwachen elektrischen Wandlüfter (Ventilator). Der Fernseh (TV) war zu weit / zu hoch vom Bett montiert und zu klein. Küchenutensilien waren alt und in der Anzahl sehr wenig. Sehr schlechte Schallisolation gegen die obere grössere Wohnung des gleichen Vermieters. Man hörte die Mieter sogar die ganze Nacht reden. Sehr dunkel, da nur die Wohnungstüre mit einem Milchglas ausgerüstet war. Hinter das kleine Fenster befand die Haustechnik und die Waschmachine. Der Vermieter bat uns nicht unsere Badetücher/Kleider in der dazugehörigen Waschmaschine zu reinigen, da er behauptete dass dieser nicht gut wäscht. Dies stimmt nicht, da die Waschmaschine sogar sehr gut wäscht. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz für 1 Auto befand sehr weit von der Wohnung. Wir würden nie wieder dort die Wohnung erneut mieten und würden esnichr weiter empfehlen. Sehr teure Mietpreise für einen solchen Mietobjekt, welcher früher einen Keller war. Der Mietpreiszuschlag für die grössere darüberliegende Wohnung war unverhältnismäßig hoch.
