Charming Apt in a Historic Mill 5 Minutes by car from the Beach 008052 LT 0287
Please note: The pool is shared with two/ three other apartments, therefore to guarantee the health of all our guests with an optimum level of sanitation we ask our guests to respect turns at the pool so that the visitors of each apartment have their own private pool times. We will communicate these hours more precisely after booking and as your stay draws near.
This sweet little apartment, set in the lush gardens of a 500-year-old mill is just five minutes by car from the beach at San Bartolomeo al Mare. Surrounded by olive groves, a rushing stream, an amazing countryside of hilltowns, sea, and flowers, it is an idyllic vacation spot.
The lovely heated ( excludind summer period ) swimming pool, surrounded by stone walls and terraces, is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the solitude of our little valley. Two/three other apartments share the pool.
Please be aware that there is a short walk from our private parking to reach the apartment, as well as stairs. There are also stairs up the hill to the pool area.
If exploration is on your agenda, a two-hour drive to the east will take you to a convenient jumping-off spot for the famous Cinque Terre, or drive just an hour in the other direction, and you are on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France.
Drive up into the lovely Ligurian mountains to experience the most spectacularly charming hilltowns, surrounded by incredible vistas. Or just wander this amazing country enjoying the quaint streets, wonderful food, lovely flowers. They call the area the "Riviera dei Fiori," Riviera of the Flowers for good reason.
There terraces are filled with vegetation, flowers, and tables and chairs. Guests enjoy relaxing in the lovely surroundings, listening to the soft flow of the nearby river, and birdsong.
Our guests are invited to enjoy the produce of our vegetable garden and fruit trees, as well. There is often something ripe for the picking.

My husband and I fell in love with Italy years ago when we lived there in our early twenties, before we even met. It was always our dream to own property in Italy. A few years ago we purchased an 800-year-old medieval tower in Umbria. We also longed for another property in Liguria, the "Riviera dei Fiori," or the Riviera of the flowers.
Why they chose this property
We were searching for a historic property near the sea, but in a quiet area. We wanted to be in a location where you could drive to either France or the Cinque Terre for the day, and still return home at night.
We also wanted nice outdoor spaces for gardens, private spaces, and a swimming pool We were interested in property with good rental opportunities, as well as good parking places. We found it all in the Borgata Tre Molini!

What makes this property unique
The benefits of this property are immense! It is half-way between two great international airports: Nice, France, and Genova, Italy. It is only five minutes from a lovely beach at San Bartolomeo al Mare. In addition, there are hundreds of enticing hilltowns dotting the hills above this beautiful Ligurian coast. The climate is lovely... never too cold, and only getting hot for a short time in the summer. This place is close to everything you need, yet quietly sheltered in its own little world of hills, olive groves, and flowing river. Hard to get much better!
