Villa Anna is a beautiful house with private swimming pool in a quiet location with views overlooking the open countryside and out to the sea. It is just 200 meters from the center of the village and all its amenities. The Villa consist of two separate apartments of which the owner occupies the Lower ground floor.
The rental apartment is entered at ground level and is all on one floor.
The entrance hall lead to the living room with a sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom, 2 bedrooms. One with double bed the other with 2 single beds. The garden has a large terrace beside the swimming pool and dining area. An ideal place to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. the house has 3 parking space 2 for you and one for the owners
Poggi is a typical Ligurian village charm and its position has far reaching views to the sea . There is a village shop offering everyday needs together with locally grown produce. If you prefer to simply 'chill out' for the day there is a very good Bar/Reataurant "da Renziana" open from breakfast until long after the sun has gone down. Poggi is only 3kms from the coast and the nearest village being Porto Maurizio with is many bars and restaurants, public and private beaches.

Anna,Franco und die Kinder haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns den Urlaub richtig genießen lassen.Die Familie uns sehr Herz gewachsen und mit ihrer Diskretion nicht eingeengt.Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat alles für den Italien Urlaub braucht.Eigener Parkplatz mit Tor und Fernbedienung gutes W-lan inklusive.Der Pool war himmlisch und wurde fast täglich von Franco gereinigt.Die Hunde und der Papagei haben uns nicht gestört d.h. das bellen dauerte nur ein paar Minuten dann war wieder alles friedlich.Es wird nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt.Liebe Grüße an Anna, Franco und Kids

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Anfahrt zur Villa Anna hat uns ganz schön ins schwitzen gebracht. Wir hätten uns über eine genauere Lagebeschreibung gefreut. Die Zufahrt zum Haus war sehr abenteuerlich. Sehr eng und steil und eher ein Feldweg als eine Straße. Mit einem SUV eine Herausforderung. Mit einem tiefergelegten Auto hat man keine Chance.Wir hatten zum Glück unsere E-Bikes dabei und mussten den Weg nicht immer mit dem Auto fahren. Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschieden, eigentlich ruhig mitten in der Natur, hätten nicht die Hunde der Besitzer immer wieder lange gebellt, meistens wenn sie alleine waren. Wenn man selber keine Hunde hat, ist das um so störender. Wenn alle Bewohner in der unteren Wohnung da sind ist es sehr hellhörig. Leider gibt es keine Mückengitter, obwohl es nur so von Mücken wimmelt. Die Spülmaschine war nach einmaliger Benutzung defekt und blieb das auch bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes, da der Mechaniker im Urlaub war. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern, die sich viel am Haus aufhalten, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt, da das Grundstück groß und komplett eingezäunt ist.Das Bett ist sehr bequem und Küche gut ausgestattet unterwegs unterwegs

Super für Natur- und Ruheliebhaber

Wir waren Ende Juli/ Anfang August mit unserer Familie in der Villa Anna. Alles in allem war es ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist für 5 Personen ausreichend groß, zweckmäßig ausgestattet und vor allem sauber! Der Pool war bei uns allen sehr beliebt! Dieser wurde auch fast täglich nachgefüllt und gesäubert! Anna und Familie sind sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, sind sehr freundlich, dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Für uns das einzige Manko war die Ein- bzw. Ausfahrt des Hauses. Das war mit unserem großen Auto ( Ford Bus) jeden Tag aufs Neue eine echte Herausforderung. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Also absolut das richtige für einen schönen Erholungsurlaub.

Villa Anna: oui!

Située en hauteur, à l'écart du petit village de Poggi, la villa Anna est très jolie, très propre et au calme (troublé toutefois par le chant nocturne des crapauds et quelques aboiements matinaux). Elle est plutôt bien équipée, la douche est spacieuse et distribue rapidement de l'eau chaude, la literie est bonne, les terrasses offrent toujours la possibilité d'être à l'ombre ou au soleil selon son désir. Le seul bémol pour nous, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. En journée, la chaleur de juillet est supportable: il suffit d'ouvrir portes et fenêtres pour sentir un petit vent bien agréable. La nuit, c'est un peu plus compliqué si on aime dormir dans le noir: soit on ferme tout et on a très chaud, soit on ouvre tout et on est réveillé à 5h30 avec la lumière du jour. La piscine n'est pas chauffée mais ce n'est pas nécessaire, parole d'une personne qui n'aime pas l'eau froide! Les propriétaires, qui vivent au sous-sol, sont sympathiques, accueillants et discrets. Imperia et ses bourgs nous ont charmés. A l'office du tourisme d'Oneglia, nous avons trouvé accueil en français et précieux renseignements. Les restaurants foisonnent (mieux vaut réserver le soir). La piste cyclable le long de la Méditerranée est exceptionnelle (vive la rosalie électrique!), l'excursion en mer pour observer les dauphins est magique. La circulation sur la via Aurelia est assez fluide et permet de profiter de jolies vues sur la mer. Sanremo est facile d'accès en voiture (35 minutes de route environ).

Genau was wir wollten, Entspannung pur!

Wir haben 14 Tage Erholung hinter uns und können uns nur bei Anna, Franco & Familie ganz herzlich bedanken. Wir fanden eine schönes Haus vor, sehr gepflegt, mit allem was man braucht ausgerüstet und an einem ruhigen Ort, Abseits von jeglichem Trubel. Die Bilder sind alle stimmig und der Empfang war, inclusive eines Begrüssungsgetränk, sehr herzlich und familiär! Der Pool war wetterbedingt noch etwas frisch, aber auch, wie das gesamte Umfeld, sauber und gut gepflegt. Nochmals vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen und uns wunderbar erholt!
