Winter Stay

The property was cramped during wintertime because the dining table is outside. During warm weather it would be fine. There was a great view 9f the ocean and the beach was very close. The wifi didn't work from within the apartment.

Belle plage Ă  100m.Dommage que la propretĂ© globale soit limite ( surtout Ă  50 euros le mĂ©nage).Dommage aussi de trouver encore des locations Ă  ce prix lĂ  avec de la vaisselle dĂ©pareillĂ©e et parfois en mauvais Ă©tat ( conseil perso : prenez ces 50 euros et aller acheter du neuf chez IKEA ou de la belle occase Ă  EmmaĂŒs)

Hervorragend, sauber und der Verwalter John TOP!!!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung war TOP, die Lage Traumhaft, wir brauchten nur ĂŒber einen Parkplatz durch einem Tunnel unter die Straße durch.Es war ein Traumhafter Strand (alles in 100 mtr). Immer wieder. Wir hatten super Hilfe bei der Ankunft durch den Verwalter John B. Danke

Nach anfĂ€nglichen organisatorischen Problemen (Absprache Endreinigung und BettwĂ€sche hĂ€tte besser laufen können), die aber bald geklĂ€rt werden konnten, hatten wir eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen. Der Blick vom ĂŒberdachten Balkon sehr schön.

Mitigé

La Résidence est trÚs sympa et super proche de la plage. La propreté de l appartement est limite par contre. L'appart est un peu petit mais il reste malgré tout suffisant pour une semaine. Pas de clim dommage. Pas d'emplacement parking, il faut se contenter d'un parking public avec les désagréments que cela engendre...(bagages a porter, place libre etc...) Lieu plutÎt bruyant la nuit du à la circulation automobile et à une discothÚque à proximité. Semaine agréable malgré tout (merci le soleil)
