Finca Es Casal - Sant Llorenç

Finca Es Casal is a stone-built house which is more than 100 years old. The property was restored in 2008, updating it with all the conveniences of a modern house, but preserving the house’s traditional character. It has satellite TV, wifi connection, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and central heating. A pretty driveway flanked by large pine trees leads to the entrance of the house. Next to the house is the private pool surrounded by lawn and a beautiful garden with palm trees and typical plants of the island. Next to the pool is a large porch, which is equipped with a dining table and a charcoal barbecue.We access to the interior of the house through a beautiful wooden double French door, as well as through a glass door situated behind it. First we enter at the entrance hall with beautiful classic majorcan furniture, to the right we find a double bedroom with two single beds.On the other side of the entrance hall is the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, this leads to the spectacular dining room which has a circular domed roof and a large wooden dining table which can seat 18 people, ideal for small celebrations and with direct access to the garden. Crossing the hall along the corridor is a complete bathroom with bathtub and shower. At the end of the corridor we find a fantastic living room with comfortable sofas in front of the TV, as well as a cosy reading corner with armchairs.The living room also has direct access to the garden. The last room on this floor is the old kitchen, now disused, with a huge fireplace.Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with shower. The largest of these rooms has a lovely terrace with breathtaking views. On the second floor there is also a spacious living room, ideal for use as a study as it has a large office-style desk.

Lieber Salz auf der Haut, als Stress im Kopf

Wenn die Finca die Max. Belegung erreicht, wird es mit der Ausstattung eng. Allein die Kaffeemaschine….. Ansonsten wie man sich eine Finca vorstellt.

belle finca pour de belles vacances à Majorque

la maison est très belle, rénovation de qualité et très spacieuse ! nous y avons passé de beaux moments de famille environnement sain et agréable et très calme. la piscine agréable et toujours propre ! la finca se trouve à 20 mns de très belles calas, à moins d'1 h d'Alcudia et de Palma. linge de lit propre et doux, assez de vaisselle pour 8 (pour 1 journée) changer l'étendoir à linge (rouille) la machine à laver le linge commence à vieillir (ne finit pas le programme obligation de la forcer) indication pour les poubelles : aucune benne ni container à proximité

Wir können dieses Haus weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und das Grundstück. Es war eine sehr schöne Woche für die ganze Familie. Leider reicht das W-Lan nicht im ganzen Haus . Vielleicht könnte man eine Wärmepumpe zum Poolheizen einbauen. Wenn man vom Strand zurück ist, ist die Überwindung in den Pool zu springen für Kinder recht groß.

la propreté était à la limite de l 'acceptable. Toile d'araignée dans beaucoup de pièce, vers séchés qui pendaient aux fenetres. Sinon tout le reste ok cordialement baret

Ruhige Finca auf dem Lande

Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen, mit einem schönen gepflegten Garten und einem Weizenfeld drum herum und Schafen. Der Pool hatte eine schöne Größe und war gepflegt. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer und die Finca war typisch mallorquinisch eingerichtet mit ein paar modernen Elementen. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind in ca. 15 - 25 Min. (Cala Millor, Cala Ratjada etc. ) mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer Erholung sucht, Landleben und Tiere mag, ist hier genau richtig. Die Betten ( außer einem Boxspringbett ) Matratzen und Kopfkissen waren nicht unser Fall . In den oberen Räumen war es jetzt schon im Mai sehr heiß und man konnte kaum schlafen . Die Räume haben keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren. Die Gartenstühle beim Esstisch am Pool sind schon ziemlich klapprig und teilweise kaputt.
