The house is fully air conditioned in all rooms. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 rooms each with two single beds. One family bathroom and the main bedroom has an ensuite, toilet and shower.

The lounge is spacious with a TV, DVD player, and a stereo.

The Kitchen is spacious with an 8 seater dining table. The kitchen looks out onto the garden and pool area.
Includes an electric hub and oven, fridge toaster, coffee maker, sandwich toaster, kettle and microwave and all kitchen utensils, pots, pans and most kitchen necessities.

The house as been recently renovated with a new pool. has distant sea views and is situated in a small private road backing on to open land in Livadia which is immediately east of Larnaca about a mile from the beach and a ten minute drive from the airport. You will need a car but, once you are there you will find you are ideally situated to explore all that Cyprus has to offer.

Situated In a quiet suburb of Larnaca, that has small shops to include restaurants, cafe’, pizza, kebabs, hot sandwich shop, banks, pharmacy, big supermarket, bakery and more. With a short car journey can get out of the Vilage to an abundance of bars and restaurants, tourist shops, cafes, seafront and all that Larnaca has to offer.
