It has a room with two beds of 90, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, bright living room with sofa bed and a large terrace overlooking the sea, the pools and the Peñón de Ifach. It has community Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception and a large communal area composed of three swimming pools and gardens and rest areas.
The apartment is located at the beginning of the beach of the Fosa-Levante, an area where there are supermarkets and restaurants, as well as shops on the seafront
