Absolutely rubbish

The property manager never answered me and customer service have said I can have refund but we are still awaiting this. Our trip to London was ruined due to being told on Wednesday we would be given a hotel to stay in and then on Friday when we rang to sort a hotel nothing was Available we was then left stranded in London and had to cancel our whole trip. Absolutely rubbish and I won’t be booking with Vrbo again

El o la propietaria no se puso en contacto con nosotras en ningún momento. Cuando llegamos al apartamento no había nadie esperando y nos quedamos sin alojamiento para el fin de semana en Londres. Menos mal que el equipo de Vrbo nos encontró un hotel para la primera noche.
