A street level private entrance leads into a spacious entrance hall, garage access and a table tennis table to the rear. A small “beach and pool” cupboard contains a selection of children’s toys and parasols.
From the entrance hall a staircase leads to a landing on the first floor and the front door to a separate self-contained apartment which may be in separate occupation. From this landing there is a further staircase to the villa and its private pool (available April to October).

With my family I have owned and managed this property since 2014. Until recently my husband and I lived in Kent where I also ran a B&B while my husband commuted to his business as a chartered surveyor in London. We now live in Suffolk with our two labradors where, along with work we enjoy sailing and an active involvement in our local church.
Why they chose this property
Many years ago I lived in Spain and fell in love with Andalucia. We discovered La Herradura (Horseshoe Bay) as a little hidden gem on an otherwise busy coastline. Our son and daughters insisted that Beltierra's location and facilities would make it a perfect holiday destination for all ages. They were right!
