The apartment was perfect. It was comfortable and well furnished. The location was great and we walked everywhere. So many great places to eat, shop and visit. Just lovely.

San Sebastián Hokiday

The apartment was a perfect size for two people with easy access for the “golden age” adult. It was well appointed. The patio was a plus on a sunny day. It’s the perfect location for visiting Parte Vieja (the old town of San Sebastián). The only negative was the ability to receive hot water at the sinks and the shower.

The apartment is located within easy walking to the beaches, market and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants. The apartment is adequate for two people. The terrace is a good size but overlooked by many other apartments and can be very noisy. There is no cooling in the apartment so it would be quite hot in the middle of summer so fans or a tower cooler would be useful.

La ubicación y la amplitud del espacio. Desgraciadamente nos tocó finde lluvioso y no pudimos disfrutar de su magnífica terraza. Tuvimos un contratiempo con la caldera y recibimos respuesta y solución inmediata. En general todo estaba bien.

Un apartamento perfecto, muy cerca de todo, muy limpio y muy nuevo. Sin pegas. En septiembre hace mucho calor para dormir con edredón. Habría que dar opción a manta fina, colcha, etc. La sábana bajera no se ajusta a la cama y se mueve, lo cual hace la cama más incomoda. El resto es perfecto. Gracias

Modern Apt in Great Location

We were pleased with the location and condition of the apartment. It rained a lot while we were there, so we spent a lot of time inside. It was very comfortable. When we did go out for food and to see things in between the rains, it was close to lots of restaurants and sights. We hope to get back to San Sebastián in better weather and would definitely stay here again.

Needs maintenance

Property in great location, outside area is a bonus. However this property needs updating, maintenance. Sofa is stained and very uncomfortable to sit on. No battery in clock, my husband put a battery in it. High chair in apartment not required. Outside area is a great space but not very well utilised. Storage outside was broken and dirty. Shower needs top shower head replaced. Scales in bathroom without battery. Led bathroom mirror not working. Outside lights not working, cooker hob light not working, various lights around the apartment not working. One towel per person for 7 night stay not enough. These may seem like small details but if these things were changed it would be a much better property. Particularly considering the price.

Heerlijk appartement in goede buurt

Heerlijk weekje gehad in het oude centrum. Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel attent in de keuken lagen er blokjes zeep voor de wasmachine, afwasmachine, extra vuilinsizakken, nespresso cupjes. In de badkamer verder zeep, shampo enz. Heerlijk grote handdoeken. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd! In de kamers rollauiken aan de buitenkant, zodat je alles lekker donker kon maken. Het terras is groot, maar wel wat kaal. We hebben genoten! Enig minpuntje is dat je de sleutel op een ander adres moest ophalen.

Muy buen apartamento para una pareja.

La ubicación es perfecta: zona tranquila pero a dos pasos de parte vieja y kursaal. La distribución es adecuada y está muy bien equipado, todo prácticamente nuevo. La atención en oficinas, incluso con una emergencia por apagón a hora muy temprana, es buena. La aireación del baño: se llena de humedad en nada, y no se va. Esto pasa en mi casa por ejemplo, y conozco el problema. Quizá poniendo una ventilación más potente mejorara. Estaría bien poner un toldo en la terraza: el espacio es super agradable, pero casi no se puede aprovechar por el clima.

Apartamento nuevo, limpio, moderno, bien equipado, comodo, ubicacion inmejorable (cerca de todo y tranquilo a la vez). Detalles que siempre gustan y se agradecen como el gel hidroalcoholico, los amenites, pastillas lavadora, etc. La imposibilidad de aparcamiento en la ciudad, se suplio perfectamente con el Parking de la Estacion de Autobuses , muy centrico y a buen precio el abono de una semana, muy acertada vuestra recomendacion. Tuvimos una incidencia con el wifi en el apartamento , que notificamos y en menos de una hora vino un operario de la agencia, no lo pudo solucionar ya que era un problema del operador, pero quiero resaltar la rapidez con la que nos atendieron e hicieron las gestiones oportunas que estaban en su mano. En resumen, muy contentos y satisfechos con vuestros servicios de principio a fin. Servicios que volveremos a utilizar sin dudarlo en otra ocasion y que recomendaremos siempre. A mejorar, el apartamento cuenta con una amplia terraza que no pudimos aprovechar ya que no tenia luz para utilizarla por la noche, ni una sombrilla o pergola para poder utilizarla por el dia, no habia sombra en ningun espacio.
