Fairway Villa Southaven is located in St Thomas, the Eastern part of the Island.
We are 19 miles from Kingston and 12 miles to the parish capital, Morant Bay. We are easily accessible to Norman Manley International Airport (NMI), Kingston, Morant Bay and Port Antionio. The new highways offer quick access to other parishes and places of interests; from Morant Point to Negril in no time!

Fairway Villa Southaven is situated in a residential area, 5 minutes walk from the Caribbean Sea, so a long walk along the beach would be great if you enjoy walking and watching the sunset! Fairway Villa Southaven is quiet and very spacious inside and out and offers modern and comfortable amenities. Great care is taken in maintaining its cleanliness and security. Secure gardens with private areas. It’s alway a pleasure to see the variety of birds and butterflies fluttering around in the beautiful sunshine.
The Villa is screened from insects, there is wifi, TV, AC, hot water and washing and ironing facilities (reasonable fee charged).

We also offer several services such as chauffeur service, errands, bycicles, preparation of meals on request.
