Ultra Luxury downtown 2 BR 2 Bath loft, spacious enough for 5 adults. Located in quaint Downtown Shelbyville, KY, you can experience it all while visiting: The Bourbon Trail, Churchill Downs, Keeneland, PGA or any weddings or events in the area. Close to coffee shops, restaurants and bars right on the same block. You can't go wrong with this unique loft for its decor and proximity to everything.

You will be nestled in the center of a small town, but will have a hard time believing you're not in a big city with the unique urban vibe of Le Coop. The space was built in the late 1800s and details of its history can be told in the exposed trusses and brick and original decorative fireplace. The open concept living space features a sleek contemporary kitchen, ample plush seating for conversation or television, dining table for six and writer’s desk. Take in the views of Main Street from the expanse of windows that line the entirety of the front wall. Off the back of the loft, enjoy the screened in rooftop deck with seating for four.

The Master Suite includes a gorgeous king-sized bed with elegant bedding and the en suite bathroom includes a tile shower and separate bathtub.

The upstairs bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed and guests have a separate full bath downstairs with tub/shower combination.

A La Carte options available such as private chef, personalize horse tours and chauffeured bourbon tours.

Very clean, well stocked with anything you might need. Will be staying here every time we come to visit family in Shelbyville.

Ben was an excellent host! The location was super convenient. We stayed for a wedding at the Gatsby and it was so nice to be just a couple doors down, no driving!! Our parents rented the other loft just across the hall so that was a huge bonus to be close to help each other out! The loft had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Would highly recommended staying here!

Excellent stay!

We came to celebrate our spouses turning 50 and decided to stay in Shelbyville as it was a good halfway point to the bourbon distilleries and Churchill Downs. What a beautiful loft and within walking distance to eat and drink. We had the best time and really enjoyed the small town feel!

Very classy and fun location, one of a kind loft. Very clean, well stocked with amenities. Perfectly located on the Bourbon Trail near Bulleit, Evan Williams, Buffalo Trace, and Jeptha Creed. Small town but has everything you need. We will stay here again!

Family trip to see grand baby

This experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, except better. Perfect location, comfortable beds, and everything we needed to create some wonderful memories. Ben is an amazing host, and it was nice to learn about the history of the building that houses the property. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is central to pretty much everything, and you want a more personal touch than a boring hotel, I HIGHLY suggest LeCoop!!!!!! Thank you Hardins!!!!

Great building and location

An incredible place with HUGE vaulted ceilings, amenities and location. It is in the heart of downtown with many antique stores, restaurants, bars, and other shopping venues. There was some miscommunication on arrival (our fault) and the host jumped into action to make sure we were accommodated. Can't say enough about the experience and will certainly book again if we visit the area. JG

Gorgeous Loft

Absolutely gorgeous loft! Wow factor!!! Great location! There a few restaurants/brewery right on Main Street. And plenty in minutes of driving too. Many Bourbon Distilleries within 40 minutes in all directions. Perfect for our Bourbon Trail trip. The train does go by close to Main Street and you do hear the whistle at different times in the night. But it was not a problem for us. Loved this place and location!
