Just a short walk from the lively Protaras main strip and nestled between two of Cyprus' most famous beaches, Konnos Beach and Fig Tree Bay, the location is ideal for both relaxation and adventure.



Inside, the villa is bright and spacious, thoughtfully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay for families. The open-plan ground floor features a cosy living area with plush sofas and a large flat-screen TV with international channels, perfect for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make family mealtimes easy, and large patio doors lead directly to the outdoor pool area. A guest toilet is also located on this floor.



Upstairs, the villa offers three comfortable bedrooms. The master and second bedrooms each have a large double bed, blackout blinds, air conditioning, and plenty of storage space, while the third bedroom is perfect for children, featuring two single beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

I was sceptical when I booked, but the communication from the start from La Mer villas was exceptional. The villa is stunning and has everything you could possibly need. 3 bedrooms all with ensuites, and a downstairs shower room. The pool is amazing. Couldn't fault anything and will definitely be booking again! Great location, 1.5miles from the main strip and plenty of beaches to choose from! Nothing to mention, everything was perfect.

The Villa is recently built and is in top condition and in a great location for Green Bay beach and convenient for Protaras and Ayia Napa. Furnished very well and very well equipped and clean. En-suites in every bedroom a real bonus. Communication both before the holiday and during with Margarita was excellent During our stay we suffered from very loud parties that went on through the night in adjacent villas which had been rented by groups of young people

The Perfect home for the perfect getaway

The home has a perfect location and it is very new. it has all the facilities you need and it was very clean. The swimming pool and back garden are perfect for a family of 6 or less. The best part of the house is the roof veranda, perfect for an afternoon drink with a great view. The only issue I had was the damage deposit which is a big amount for a short stay. I would recommend having a lower damage deposit.

Понравилось все, идеально чисто, современно и удобно. Месторасположение также удобное. Лучше быть с автомобилем, но и автобусная остановка, магазинчики, ресторанчики и пляжи в пешей доступности также есть. Еще по соседству в отеле есть аквапарк. Кухня оборудована, мебель современная, принадлежности для барбекю есть, бассейн идеально чистый. Отличное место, можно только рекомендовать. Как следует из описания, детские стульчики предоставляются только за отдельную плату. На длительный срок дешевле даже купить. Мы поэтому даже и не просили. На всех других виллах, где мы жили, их давали бесплатно.
