12 person holiday home in Hals-By Traum

A large holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna. Table tennis, billiard and dart can be found in the house. There is a 15 m² large bed loft with 4 mattresses and a skylight that you can open. Here you find a 22 inch TV with DVD player. In the living room there is also a 46 inch TV with a sound bar. You can connect your smart phone or ipad via an aux cable or Bluetooth. All bedrooms have 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm), that are placed together as double beds. In 3 of the bedrooms you can separate them. There is an energy saving heat pump where the temperature can be regulated. The house is suitable for several families. Outside there is a football goal, petanque, possibilities for playing volleyball, and playground with swings, climbing ropes and a slide. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
