Well-kept holiday cottage with whirlpool located on a large plot just approx. 700 m from the ocean at Grønhøj Strand. Living room in open concept with the kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating, whirlpool and sauna. The layout of the house makes it suited for 2 families sharing as there are 2 separate sections with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom each, separated by the living area. Tasteful and modern furnishings in a typical Danish cottage style. The living room is very spacious with a wood-burning stove. Terrace facing east/south/west of which a part is covered. Natural plot surrounded by low shrubs. There are swing and sandpit for the children. No letting to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
