Holiday cottage located on a quiet natural plot. The house has 3 bedrooms and has beds for 6 people. The decor of the house is cosy. Walls and ceilings are covered with pine wood. Additional equipment in the house is a good sauna, so you can get warm after a long walk by the ocean - it's good for the soul. Appliances are a washing machine, dish washer and microwave oven. In the living room there is of course TV with satellite and a cosy wood-burning stove. The plot has a swing for the kids.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
