A Scanlux holiday cottage of high quality materials. Relax in the whirlpool for 6-8 people or in the sauna, after a long day full of experiences. There is a large activity room where you can enjoy a game of billiard, table tennis or dart. On the plot the children can play on the swings and in the sandbox. There is a large terrace where you can spend a night barbecuing. Some noise from building activity nearby may occur. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Das Haus ist sehr schön, ebenso die Lage und der eingezäunte Garten, Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann schön entspannen, Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Bei gutem Wetter ist das Essen auf der Terasse mit den neuen Sitzauflagen sehr schön, bei schlechtem Wetter kann man Billard und Dart spielen, Die Nähe zum Meer ist auch ein sehr großer Vorteil für Strandspaziergänge und zum Baden, Einkaufen ist in der Nähe ( mit dem Auto ) gut möglich, Zwei Doppelbetten haben durchgehende Auflagen, da wären große Spannbetttücher gut gewesen, / Ohne Auflagen wäre man auf den Sprungfedern der Matratzen gelegen, / Leider war es sehr schmutzig, Eine der Duschen wurde schon länger nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt ( braune Schmiere in den Ecken, die Haare der Vormieter im Ablauf und ein dringend reinigungsbedürftiger Duschvorhang), die Tassen waren nicht sauber, eine Glaskanne hatte einen scharfkantigen Sprung, der Backofen verdreckt, die Matratzen und Auflagen hatten größere und kleinere Flecken, in der Sauna fehlte die Glühbirne,,, / Wenn man bei der Ankunft nach 11 Stunden Fahrt gerne putzt kann man ja darüber hinwegsehen, / Immerhin habe ich auf meine Beschwerde hin etwa ein Drittel der Endreinigungskosten erlassen bekommen, / Ich frage mich nur, wofür die Endreinigung ca, 165 Euro kostet, wer putzt oder die Endreinigung kontrolliert, / Ansonsten war es schön in Lolland und in unserem Haus,
