Seaside Escape with Views - By Traum Ferienwohnungen

Holiday home with fantastic location just approx. 15 meters from the sea and good sandy beach. Panoramic views of the Baltic Sea. The cottage is modernly decorated in a minimalist style and renovated in 2020. TV is watched via streaming from your own tablet / smartphone. There are two good sized bedrooms overlooking the ocean and the sunset. On the loft there are 2 extra beds. Lovely large partially covered terrace with garden furniture. There is a charger for the electric car. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Layout: Internet Access DSL, Living room(double folding bed), open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine), Living/bed room(TV), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), heating(electric), terrace, terrace(roofed), air to air heatpump
