Holiday cottage with great location approx. 300 m from the North Sea and within walking distance to the centre of Søndervig, which makes the house ideal for those who both want to be close to the sea and city life. The house is joined with another house and has mixed furnishings with a lot of older furniture. Living room, kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on 1st floor. The house has a nice view of the area.

The location of the house is perfect, close to the beach. Some parts of the house aren’t that new anymore but that was no problem for us.

Haus entspricht von der Einrichtung und dem Komfort nicht der Beschreibung. / Schlafraum unter dem Dach dringend renovierungsbedürftig Farbe blättert am Schornstein durch Feuchtigkeit vom Dach ab. Wandregal daneben deshalb auch in schlechten Zustand. Schlafraum im Wintergarten als Provisorischer Raum eingebaut. Wintergarten überall undicht. Keine Terasse zur Westseite für die Nachmittagssonne. / Haupteingangstür lässt sich nicht aufschliessen weil Schloss verrostet ist. Haus ist im ganzen innen sehr feucht. / Die Darstellung im Katalog und die Realität gehen hier weit auseinander.Da wir seit vielen Jahren den Sommerurlaub in Dänemark verbringen kennen wir viele verschiedene Ferienhäuser. Dieses Haus hat keine besonderen Vorzüge. Selbst die nicht so alte Küche und das Bad rechtfertigen dieses Preisniveau.
