It lies in the Municipality of Collazzone in the Province of Perugia and it is far about 10 km from Todi, 30 km from Perugia, 40 km from Assisi and 50 km from Lake Trasimeno.

This is the perfect place to enjoy your relaxing holiday in the heart of Umbria!

Rosa – Umbria Tuscany SPA rental house Description:
There are 3 buildings: Mora, Rosa and Noce.

Rosa, is a two-story farmhouse plus tower, which has 4 double bedrooms, an independent suite and 6 bathrooms (5 of these have all the shower, while one is an half bathroom).

It has also a spacious kitchen and a living room, a pool (6×12 mt), a porch, a veranda and a garden with barbecue and a wood oven.

Furthermore the complex is equipped with a Wellness Center available exclusively to guests.

The villa has: heated whirlpool, sauna, turkish bath, massage chair, treadmill, spinning bicycles, rowing machine, step, universal weight machines.

Most important: there is private parking space.
