The charming flat is located in the historic city centre, very close to one of the most important shopping streets of the city, the emblematic Plaza de las Flores and the Mercado de Abastos. In this location you will be part of Cádiz almost unintentionally.
The flat is located on a first floor without lift and has a living-dining room thanks to the bar that communicates with the kitchen. The ideal space to not miss a single detail with your loved ones while you prepare the best dishes in the small but fully equipped kitchen of the flat.
The sofa in the living room is a comfortable sofa-bed that, together with the double bed in the bedroom, will allow you to accommodate up to 3 people. The flat also has a bathroom with shower where you can relax after an intense day of sightseeing around the city.
Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made when you arrive and the linen for the sofa-bed will also be left for you in the flat. In the flat you will also find iron for your clothes, cot and cot linen (if you let us know in advance) and hoover.
Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with the Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).
This flat has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and is opened with your mobile phone so, if you check-in online, you won't have to go through our office at all! Otherwise, you will have to go to CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 office CADIZ4RENTALS.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y acondicionado, hemos estado de maravilla!! Esta muy céntrico y a dos pasos de todo. También decir que la cama súper cómoda y la ducha espectacular!
Por poner algún pero, sería en la altura de la barra de comer que es muy baja o los taburetes muy altos y se hace un poco incómodo comer en la barra. Y tal vez falta algún paño de cocina, pero por el resto genial!

La ubicación e insonorización del apartamento era bastante buena. Todo el mobiliario también.

Muy buena ubicación, diseño moderno y funcional, cama cómoda, proceso de reserva y checkin rápido y eficiente. Buenas recomendaciones de restauración

Como en nuestra propia casa
Limpieza en general
Cuidado y limpieza del menaje de cocina (tazas del desayuno, platos, vasos, etc.). Todo listo para usar
Electrodomésticos (cafetera, tostadora, frigorífico, microondas, etc.) en perfecto estado (como nuevos)
Lugar para colgar el tendedero (lo tuvimos colgado de la barra de la cortina de la habitación). Incluso un tendedero más grande sería de agradecer ya que durante las vacaciones siempre se tienen toallas húmedas y se suele poner bastante ropa a secar
