Lovely house with private garden and pool situated in a quiet residential area only 6km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, where you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, surrounded by beaches with turquoise, crystalline water. This property is ideal for enjoying relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 8 people. External space of 500m2 with private pool (7 x 3,5m), built in barbecue and sheltered terrace where you will be able to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals next to the pool, while enjoying mountain views. Parking for 1 car. There is also a pétanque area and a swing. The 120m2 internal space consists of a dining room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need: cutlery, pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. You will find 2 double bedrooms (135 x 190cm beds) with direct access to terrace, 1 double bedroom (150 x 190cm bed), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90 x 190cm). 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Free WIFI. Optional heating: 100 €/week. Youth groups not accepted. This property is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Villa voldoet zeker niet aan de verwachtingen. Slecht onderhouden

De foto's op internet zien er prachtig uit, zijn vast gemaakt toen het huis net opgeleverd is. Na een aantal jaren zonder onderhoud van woningen, interieur en tuin is alles onderhevig aan verval. Keukenapparatuur die vervangen moeten worden, rolluiken die scheef in de bakken hangen, terrasgordijnen die allemaal kapot zijn. Alle tuinparasols + poten zijn kapot, veel onkruid in de tuin, groene smerige rand in het zwembad. Algehele malleise. Heeft onze vakantie negatief beinvloed.

Nie wieder!

Ich denke, dass es mal ein schönes Haus war. Jetzt ist es ungepflegt und dreckig. Die Toiletten stinken. Überall liegt Staub, Dreck, tote Insekten, .... Der Pool und die Terasse waren bei unserer Ankunft ebenfalls dreckig. Die Agentur hat auf unsere E-Mail nicht reagiert, so dass wir es selbst sauber machen mussten. Die Umgebung ist laut, obwohl es soweit ausserhalb liegt. Bspw. bellen die ganze Nacht Hunde. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5km entfernt. Ohne ein Auto ist man verloren. Die Schlüssel müssen in Lloret de Mar abgeholt und wieder abgegeben werden. Das dauert pro Richtung ca. 25 Min. also muss man insgesamt 100 Minuten Zeit investieren. Wir sind sehr glücklich wieder zuhause zu sein!

Never again

I think it used to be a nice house. Now it is unkempt and dirty. The toilets stink. There is dust, dirt, dead insects, .... everywhere. The pool and the terrace were also dirty when we arrived. The manager did not respond to our email so we had to clean it ourselves. The neighborhood is noisy even though it is so far outside. Dogs barking all night. The nearest supermarket is 5km away. Without a car you are lost. The keys have to be picked up and returned in Lloret de Mar. This takes about 25 min each way so you have to invest a total of 100 minutes. We are glad to be back home and will never book the house again.

Lovely property but finding the main office had its challenges

The property was clean and well appointed and was perfectly placed in terms of it being reasonably quiet and relaxing but near enough for a swift visit to Blanes and the sea. The main problem was finding the main office in Lloret de Mar to pick up the keys and then finding somewhere to park near it to allow the booking process to be completed. The outside area was particularly comfortable with lovely views of the adjoining hills. We had a very nice time.
