Cozy house with private pool situated in a quiet neighborhood only 9km from the beach and centre of Lloret del Mar. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 8 people. Outdoor space with private pool and beautiful mountain views, sheltered barbecue area where you will be able to enjoy poolside breakfasts and meals. There is also a garden below and the possibility of parking 1-2 cars, one behind the other. The internal space consists of 130m2 spanning over 2 floors: on the ground floor you will find the living room with TV, fireplace and access to the terrace. An equipped kitchen (gas cooker, oven, microwave, coffeemaker), washing machine, 2 double bedrooms (140x190cm beds), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 180cm and 80 x 190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC. On the floor below there is a fully independent flat (external access) with a living room, a small kitchen (ceramic hob, oven), a washing machine, a double bedroom (130 x 180cm bed), 1 bathroom with shower.

Very comfortable, well-appointed house, 3-level 'garden', pool, sunny terrace, big bbq area. Costa Brava is delightfully quiet out of season (Oct). We had a great time and it suited us really well : many thanks!

Invasion de fourmis dans les lits,salle de bain, cuisine et dans les canapé ( partout dans la villa ). Des cheveux sur le tapis de douche. Eau qui s'evacue très mal dans la douche. Hôte de la cuisine h.s. seul bon point la piscine nickel même si l'eau était un froide. Les 5 chiens des voisins qui aboient toute la nuit. Des restes de nourriture dans un canapé. Et un peu plus de courtoisie dans les mails de mr Victor ne lui ferait pas de mal.
