2BRIS01 - Cozy house with private pool and 5 bedrooms located in a quiet area

Cosy house with private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 9 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a holiday with family or friends on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 10 people.

Outdoor area with garden and private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), large covered terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool, enjoying beautiful mountain views, brick barbecue, outdoor shower, ping-pong table and parking.

Indoor area with living-dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine. Consists of 1 bedroom with double bed (135x190cm), 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90x190cm), 1 bedroom with bunk bed (90x190cm) and 2 bathrooms.

Optional electric heaters with supplement: €50/week.

Wifi included

- Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by bank transfer.



- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and

8 euros/person/towels.



- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair



Youth groups accepted only upon prior request.

Regulations and special deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person per house and €75/person per apartment must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Bien mais pas adapté à la mauvaise météo

Maison mal adaptée par temps pluvieux, pas aérations aux fenêtres ni de chauffage, nous avons eu froid. La maison correspond bien au descriptif et bien située.

Maison laissant a desirer...

Lemplacement etait tres bien et cest le seul point positif... la propriété mediocre, il etait indiqué maison avec chauffage, mais cest mensonger. La piscine avec plusieurs carreaux de carrelage cassé, donc super pour les doigts de pieds de mes enfants. Les matelas catastrophique. Des poils dans la douche du bas et dans les draps loué 56€ soit fisant propre!!! Et j'en passe! Pour le prix payé, j'attendais plus de confort et de materiels de qualités !!

Environ calme, maison mal entretenue

Nous avons apprécié le calme et le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de vis à vis. Mais la maison ne semble pas bien entretenue, il y avait une mauvaise odeur de canalisations dans les salles de bains, pas de verrous aux portes des toilettes. Le lave vaisselle fait un bruit de claquement très désagréable, la piscine faisait un bruit énorme de filtrage toutes les 10minutes au vout du 4ème jour (peut-être problème de pompe). Le grille pain est bon à jeter ... des détails qui permettent de comprendre notre commentaire. Il était indiqué que l'on pouvait arriver pour 11h, nous avons fait 7h de route pour finalement avoir accès à la maison à 13h. Un peu déçu pour 213euros la nuit
