Simple house with private pool in a quiet neighborhood only 2.5km from the beautiful beach of Canyelles, 6km from Lloret del Mar town centre and 8km from Tossa del Mar, one of the most charming towns on the costa Brava! This house is ideal for spending holidays with family or friends on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 7 people. Outdoor space of 800m2 with garden and pool (7x3.5) with beautiful views of the mountain, sheltered terrace where you will be able to enjoy poolside breakfasts and meals, barbecue area and parking for 1 car. One level internal area of 100m2 with dining/living room with TV, satellite, DVD, fireplace and direct access to the garden and the private pool. Equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine), 1 double bedroom (140x200cm bed), 2 bedroom with 2 single beds each (90x180cm beds ) and (80x180cm beds), 1 single bedroom (80x190cm bed), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.
This property is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

El alojamiento era ideal, una ubicaciĂłn excelente con una piscina fantĂĄstica y buenas vistas. LĂĄstima un ĂĄrbol al lado que no paraba de soltar cosas y habĂ­a que limpiarla constantemente, pero es campo. En general hemos estado cĂłmodos. Es comprensible que haya hormigas al estar en el campo, pero se deberĂ­an poner medidas para que no las haya en la cocina, entraban por el respiradero y entre baldosas por lo que hay que evitar tener comida abierta.

Prima, zeker voor hondenbezitters.

Mooie locatie, veel privacy, alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Netje schoon ook het zwembad . Eigen parkeerplaats en omsloten tuin voor de honden. Het bed was niet geweldig, matras zou wel vervangen mogen worden.

Les formalitĂ©s Ă  l',arrivĂ©e pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s sont trĂšs faciles et rapides (idem au dĂ©part). La maison est trĂšs au calme dans une petite rue sur les hauteurs, sans vis-Ă -vis, avec un jardin luxuriant trĂšs agrĂ©able, notre chien a beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© cet espace.. La forĂȘt environnante et la situation de la maison (un peu encaissĂ©e) lui permettent certainement de garder une tempĂ©rature supportable mĂȘme pendant les fortes chaleurs.C',est une maison basique et un peu vieillotte, sans luxe mais suffisante. La piscine a l',air tout Ă  fait correcte et bien ensoleillĂ©e, mais nous n',avons pas pu en profiter Ă  cause de la mĂ©tĂ©o. Le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur est de bonne taille. La cuisine elle-mĂȘme est petite mais propre et tout fonctionne, La pression et la tempĂ©rature de l',eau sont extrĂȘmement satisfaisantes, y compris Ă  la douche.Il y a suffisamment de rangements dans les chambres et dans le salon pour mettre ses affaires. Je confirme qu',on entend beaucoup de chiens aboyer et mĂȘme parfois la nuit, mais personnellement je prĂ©fĂšre entendre ça que les bruits des moteurs, des klaxons et des fĂȘtards en ville.

SĂ©jour en famille dans un cadre magnifique avec une vue imprenable et une piscine privĂ©e le top. La maison a besoin d’un bon rafraĂźchissement intĂ©rieur, car des odeurs de renfermĂ© persistent, la literie doit ĂȘtre changĂ©e, et il faut prĂ©ciser qu’il n’y a aucun oreiller carrĂ© pour ceux qui emmĂšnent leur linge de lit. L’endroit est calme mais les aboiement de chiens dans la nuit nous ont empĂȘchĂ© de bien dormir. Il faut des moustiquaires dans les chambres aussi. La propretĂ© laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer il faut faire intervenir une entreprise de nettoyage (sang de moustiques sur les murs, rideaux de douches tachĂ©s 
) mĂȘme si l’argument du loueur est qu’il s’agit d’un premier prix, ce n’est pas une raison ! Nous avons fait abstraction car le cadre est vraiment chouette et nous vivions dehors, nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour cependant

Pfingstferien

Wir waren ĂŒber Pfingsten mit der Familie dort. Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, Reparaturbedarf ist vorhanden. Einfache Einrichtung. Ein schöner Mamortisch mit BĂ€nken im Garten konnte man leider nicht benutzen, voll mit GrĂŒnspan und dreckig. Verstehe nicht warum man da nicht mal mit dem Hochdruckreiniger drĂŒber geht. Sauberkeit war befriedigend. Auf den Betten war eine ganz dĂŒnne, harte Matratze . Meine Frau und ich konnten dort leider nicht so gut schlafen.Leider waren keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, so das wir nachts auf Jagd gehen mussten. Leider war dort, obwohl kostenfreies WLAN beschrieben, kein Internet. Hatten im zustĂ€ndigen BĂŒro angerufen in Lloret angerufen, außer ein Anrufannahme ist aber nichts weiteres geschehen. Hatte 2 Jungs im Alter von 12 und 17 Jahren dabei, und die ohne WLAN. Zum nĂ€chsten Strand muss man fahren zu Fuß haben wir einen akzeptabeln Weg gefunden. Positiv::: ist die Lage vom Haus, mit Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Alles ist eingezĂ€unt, perfekt fĂŒr mit Hund 🐕. Parkplatz auf dem GrundstĂŒck. Ein eigener kleiner Pool.

Pool in Natur

Objekt genau, wie bechrieben: Einfach... Aber: Meerblick von der Terrasse!! Abgeschlossenes und wenig einsehbares GrundstĂŒck, fĂŒr Hunde gut geeignet. KĂŒche gut mit viel Ausstattung. BĂ€der standart. Betten einfach aber in jedem Schlafzimmer SchrĂ€nke und Kommoden. An den Fenstern Rollos. Innen wie außen in die Jahre gekommen aber die Lage mitten im Kiefernwald, sauberer Pool und der Blick entschĂ€digen dafĂŒr. KĂŒstenstraße 150m unterhalb und auch viele Hunde sind zeitweise gut hörbar. Normal in Spanien, sie bewachen die privat bewohnten HĂ€user/Villen. Wander-und E-Mountainbike!!-Wege vor der TĂŒr. Kleinere MĂ€ngel am Sofa und an der Gastherme wurden sofort behoben.
