The house was beautiful, clean and had lots of space! My family was able hang and play games during the day, then later take a quick uber downtown for the nightlife. One afternoon we took a 10 minute walk to the Farmers Market which was fantastic! We really enjoyed our time in Nashville!

The home was very nice and worked well for us. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends if they plan to go to Nashville. One suggestion: Have the cleaning people clean the bathroom fan grills. They were dust covered while we were there.

Everything was great. I’m a very light sleeper so dark curtains would have helped me sleep a bit longer, but that’s just me.

We had a great stay at this house in Nashville! The home was perfect for our group and would be especially great for big families. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space, and the living area and kitchen were both very nice and comfortable for hanging out together.Everything was very clean, the amenities were great, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Check-in was super easy, and the location worked out perfectly — just a quick Uber ride to Broadway. The host was also very friendly and had great communication, which made everything even easier. Overall, this house worked out great for our group and we would definitely stay here again!

Thanks so much for the review and for choosing The Capitol District House! To clarify for future guests the home has only three official bedrooms, but there is another queen bed in the walkout basement :-) There are three full bathrooms (one of which is in basement) and 2 half bathrooms.
