Renovierungsbedürftig und Schimmelpilzbefall

Grundsätzlich kann man sagen, dass dieses Haus viele Baustellen hat. Die für uns gravierendsten Probleme, bestanden durch schwarzen Schimmelpilzbefall im Badezimmer. Der Inhaber hat jedoch schnell reagiert und überstreichen lassen. Dies führte jedoch dazu, dass wir für die Arbeiten im Haus verweilen mussten und auch der Geruch war nicht sonderlich angenehm. Zudem wird das Überstreichen des starken Schimmelpilzes das Problem garantiert nicht dauerhaft lösen. Die Fotos im hier sehen deutlich besser als die Realität aus. Gardinen, Blumen,etc. nicht vorhanden. Zudem dreckige Wände im Außenbereich. Pool wirkt auf den Fotos auch größer. Wir waren tatsächlich eher enttäuscht für den Preis pro Nacht. Ein tiefer Riss in einer Fliese, die bei einem unserer Kinder zur Verletzung führte, wurde mit Silikon zugespitzt. Der geklebte Griff des Kühlschranks kam uns entgegen. Wieder im Haus bleiben auf Ersatz warten. Entschädigungen wurden zur Beruhigung der Situation in Aussicht gestellt, jedoch nach mehrfachem Vertrösten abgelehnt. Die Fehler wurden ja behoben. Wer also in einem äußert renovieringsbedürftigem Haus Urlaub machen möchte und ständig auf Handwerker warten möchte, fühlt sich hier wohl.

I am sorry that the stay was not to your liking. The photos are for reference because the decoration has been changing. As for the issues you had, they were resolved almost immediately, and a part of the fridge was even damaged by a previous guest and instead of repaired, it was replaced with a totally new fridge. We will take your comment for future improvements but I think your opinion is exaggerated because in the whole season we have only received good opinions, since the house has all the comforts and a reasonable price compared to other properties. Likewise, I repeat that we will take your opinion to improve.

Wir waren für eine Woche in den Herbstferien hier und haben es sehr genossen. Kommen gerne wieder.

1-2 Minuspunkte gibt der Pool. Wir besitzen zu Hause selber einen grösseren Pool und benützen 1 Chlortablette, bei ihrem Pool hatten sie 7 Stk. von den gleichen Tabletten im Filtersystem! Das waren 6 zu viel. Daher konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen. Die Abflüsse auf der Terrasse waren leider auch verstopft. In der Küche dürften ein Teil der Pfanen ersetzt werden. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Sehr schönes Haus. Ein Träumchen.

Zuerst will ich die Agentur vor Ort loben. Wir kamen durch unseren Fehler nicht mehr ins Haus. Uns wurde geholfen ohne Gegenleistung. Hab ich so noch nie erlebt. BRAVO. Das Haus ist groß und toll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren prima. Der Pool, die Außenanlagen vor allem die Aussenküche ist super. Die angegebenen Mängel sind keine Wichtigen.

Tolles Haus für Familien Urlaub

Wir möchten der Agentur danken für die super Kommunikation, wir haben bei allen Anliegen sehr schnell immer Rückmeldung erhalten, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Es ist zwar mit den ein oder anderen Gebrauchsspuren aber dies hat uns nicht gestört, es ist sehr schön aufgeteilt man hat viel Platz und es ist sehr gemütlich. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist spitze man hat wirklich alles. Wir hatten sogar Spülmittel, waschpuler, Müllbeutel alles war schon da, es hat so eine sehr freundliche und heimische Atmosphäre, wir können die schlechten Bewerbungen die hier geschrieben wurden absolut nicht nachvollziehen, wenn eine Fliese wackelt auf dem Boden oder etwas etwas bisschen abgenutzt ist ist es nicht gleich Renovierungs bedürftig. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Der Pool war für uns der Hit die Kinder haben es geliebt darin zu schwimmen. Die Außenküche einfach toll. Alles in einem ein super Urlaub tolles Haus. Weiter zu empfehlen.

Très agréable mais manque un coin de verdures

Maison agréable avec chambres relativement grande. Il manque une climatisation dans les deux chambres du première étage. Une piscine toujours tempérée et très utile en cette période incertaine.

bon et agreable sejour

bon séjour dans l ensemble propriétaire réactif (suite a défaut de climatisation 1h après le dépannage était fait) j ai seulement une petite suggestion peut être a améliorer pouvez vous mettre une cafetière électrique car une machine a capsule ce n est pas très pratique le matin surtout quand on 6 adultes mais a part ça séjour agréable et maison super pratique à recommander

Mitigé en raison de son emplacement

La villa est située dans une avenue très passante jour et nuit. A l'intérieur, la villa est spacieuse, entièrement climatisée et bien équipée pour 2 familles. Nous avions 5 enfants de 10 à 18 ans. La literie est correcte sauf dans la chambre parentale à l'étage où le matelas est à bout de souffle. Nous l'avons signalé à l'agence. Le bémol de cette villa est vraiment lié à son emplacement et à son extérieur car on ressent que les propriétaires réagissent aux différents commentaires pour améliorer le confort des occupants. Malheureusement, l'avenue est très passante et bruyante la nuit. Les menuiseries ne sont pas très efficaces pour atténuer le bruit. La villa est jumelée avec une terrasse enclavée qui bénéficie d'un voisinage nombreux (4 maisons voisines). Autant dire que vous connaissez le menu et horaires de repas de chacuns ! La terrasse est en sus non ombragée et exiguë pour 8 personnes. Suite à des messages antérieurs, des transats ont été rajoutés (1 par personne) qui encombrent pas mal la petite terrasse car ils ne sont pas tous empilables. Nous avions anticipé l'absence de volet extérieur en prenant une tonnelle démontable. Nous l'avons réellement appréciée à l'heure du déjeuner. Cela nous a permis de manger dehors sans souffrir des grosses chaleurs. Le parasol à disposition est insuffisant pour ombrager la table. Bref, n'optez pas pour cette villa si vous recherchez calme et intimité. Si la proximité ne vous gêne pas, l'intérieur est confortable.

Super, schöner Urlaub in klasse Haus mit eigenem Pool

Das Haus samt Pool lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Super ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, absolut perfekt bestücke Küche (sogar elektrischer Mixer und elektrische Saftpresse waren da!), Waschmaschine, Gefrierschrank, mehrere große Flachbildfernsehgeräte mit Amazon Prime Video und Netflix inklusive, ein eigener Pool, ein Grill, viele Liegen, ein Dampfstrahler (wer das braucht) und und und.... Die Lage ist ok, aber zum Meer geht es kaum zu Fuß (sind sicher über 1 km). Schöne Kanäle sind in direkter Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Aldi und andere einheimische Anbieter nach wenigen hundert Metern. Total einfach super. Wir (Familie 47/42) mit 4 Kindern/Jugendlichen von 9 bis 17 haben uns mehr als wohlgefühlt. Bisherige eher nicht so gute Bewertungen hier (fehlende Klimaanlagen, fehlende Liegen am Pool, Ausstattung, etc) machen mittlerweile keinen Sinn mehr. Für den Preis sind das definitiv 5 Sterne!

Disappointed... !!!!

On first impressions the house was very well kept, clean & tidy. However the garden and pool was initially very disappointing, as I felt the photos we had seen of the property were very deceiving and made the garden look more spacious than it actually was and the pool extremely bigger!!! There was 5 of us staying in this property but only 4 pool sun loungers were supplied for our stay. This property boasts capacity for 8 people, but It clearly is not equipped for this amount of people overall as it would have been uncomfortable with 8 of us here!! The bedrooms were very basic, no waste bins or bedside lamps, so unable to read at night. The kitchen had basic items, but no kettle!! The biggest let down of all was it advertises it is air conditioned, but it doesn’t state that only downstairs has air con and upstairs has nothing!!! The heat upstairs was unbearable, that I had to requests fans for our stay. We were supplied with 1 fan between 3 bedrooms, which forced me to have to go out and spend €40 on another fan! Even with these fans it was still to hot, as we could not open any of the windows as the mosquito nets were either ripped or did not stay shut. This meant we were all forced to sleep downstairs. My daughter spent the whole stay on the floor in our bedroom and our other 2 guests slept on the sofa...!!!! Not the way I had planned for myself and my family to spend our summer holiday at all..! Very disappointed to say the least!!!!

Buenos días, para empezar la casa está bien cuidada y limpia por supuesto, si la terraza y la piscina son decepcionantes para usted lo siento pero en el anuncio aparecen los m2 de ambos, es verdad que sólo disponia de 4 tumbonas y hemos adquirido 4 más para esta temporada, hay sólo un dormitorio de los 4 que no dispone de lamparitas de noche , y no he visto yo nunca papeleras en los dormitorios donde quiera que vaya, la cocina dispone de mucho menage, y lo siento pero en nuestro país no se usa el hervidor , es por este motivo que no disponemos de este, actualmente el piso superior dispone de dos aparatos de aire acondicionado , pero su mayor problema fué el ventilador de 40€ que ni informó que compraría, no mostró factura ni dejó el ventilador en la propiedad es por ese motivo que no procedimos al reembolso . Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette villa. Tout était conforme à la présentation faite sur le site. Le seul bémol c'est que seul le rez de chaussé est climatisé (la pièce principale et une chambre), les chambres à l'étage ne le sont pas... mes enfants ont donc dormi 15 jours sur le canapé car la chaleur à l'étage n'était pas tenable. Peut-être que l'étage sera climatisé prochainement :-)
