Very nice single storey villa with private pool located in L'Escala on the Costa Brava.

The villa has a small, very well maintained lawn area with a magnificent private swimming pool.
The swimming pool is at the front of the house, well protected by vegetation.
In the property can park 1 vehicle and 1 other in the garage.

To access the villa, you climb 4 steps and you arrive on the covered terrace where there are garden chairs and tables as well as a magnificent barbecue.

The entrance to the villa is through the front door which leads directly into the large living room where the living room and dining room are located.
On the right, the kitchen is fully equipped, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking.

In the living room is the TV with satellite channels as well as the wifi with unlimited and free internet access. A window overlooks the swimming pool.

Opposite, a small night hall will distribute the rest of the house.
On the left, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and on the right another bathroom which is in the suite, ie the large bedroom with the double bed. The bathroom also has a toilet as well as a bathtub and sink.
At the back of the house, the two bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds and the other with two 90cm bunk beds.
All mattresses are of excellent quality.
