Villa Stelle, Costa Paradiso in Gallura, sea view

You will enjoy your meals on the terrace, peace and quiet, rosemary garden perfumes all around you, waking up in the morning looking at the sea.
The shared swimming pool is open from May 20th to Sept. 30 (approx)
The house is only 300 meters away (as the crow flies) from the sea and only 5 min by car from the shops and the path to Li Cossi, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia.

This 70m2 house has 2 bedrooms (both with sea view and terrace), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 living room with a double sofa bed. The spatious terrace/patio is ideal for outside breakfasts, meals, and sunbath on the deckchairs.
AC is present in all the rooms.
Recently renovated, we took care of any nook and cranny of this house.
The typical marine design offers a fresh and cosy atmosphere.
The house is located in Parco delle Stelle, a group of terraced houses on the western slope of Costa Paradiso.

Between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura. (approx 40km)

Full access to the property.
Fully equipped kitchen, coffee capsule machine, washing machine, satellite TV, 2 deckchairs.
The house is handy for the outside swimming pool but does not get disturbed by the noise.
Free parking.

Also high chair and Baby bed (travel cot) free of charge.
To get to the villa you have to go down the stairs from the parking area.
Tourist Tax: At your arrival you will be asked to pay the tax. The cost is: 2,00€ per person per night up to a maximum of 10 nights (children under 10 years and seniors over 75 years are excluded)

Simply perfect

Very nice villa, was exactly as described. Good location at the top of the hill with far reaching views, and with the town centre just a short walk away. Was perfect as a base for exploring across the north of Sardinia.

Nice Appartment, have a car!

Nice place, but everything is a hike or rather a car drive away. You need to maintain a rigid Ant-Ants routine, we needed to purchase Tupperware, as the available boxes did not suffice. Beautiful view, stunning area of Sardegna!

A perfect week

We spent a week in Costa Paradiso, Villa Stella. The closest beach is fantastic, stunning and breath taking. The house has fantastic view over the Tyreninian Sea and afternoon sun. Freezer, dishwasher and washingmaschine is great and big +

A beautiful stay at Ville Stelle

We had a lovely stay at Villa Stelle and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Costa Paradiso. The house was just what we needed for a family with two teenagers. We only stayed for five nights but made the most of our stay by visiting both the local beaches, and those further afield, scuba diving and enjoying the sunsets! We walked down to the beach most days to avoid the busy car parks at the bottom of the hill. It was hot work on the way back up the hill but great to have the shared pool to cool off afterwards. Christelle was very quick to respond to any queries we had and we had a super stay.

Inaccurate Listing, Sanitation Issues, And More

The listing describes the property as “beachfront” or walkable to the beach. In reality, the beach is not accessible on foot in any safe or reasonable way. The only trail is steep, unofficial, and not recommended by the agency. A nearby neighbor even shared that they had fallen twice attempting to use it. Guests should expect to drive to reach the beach.Access to the property also involves climbing over 50 steep stairs from the parking area (a challenge for anyone with luggage, mobility issues, or older guests). This was not properly disclosed in the listing.A severe plumbing issue occurred during our stay, with contaminated wastewater flooding the bathroom for almost 24 hours. The bathroom was completely unusable during that time, and we had to rely on bottled water for basic hygiene, and could not use the bathroom or the kitchen sink. Following this exposure, one of us became ill with symptoms linked to fecal contamination.Additional issues:• Ants in the bed• A strong mildew odor in wardrobes, making them unusable• Torn towels & stained sheets• A poorly stocked kitchen (only two mugs, broken cookware, no garbage bags, only one roll of toilet paper)Despite the above problems, the host denied any sort of compensation. We had to escalate the matter to VRBO, who reviewed our documentation and accepted responsibility.The location has potential, but this property is not as advertised and lacks proper maintenance. I would not recommend it in its current condition.

Hello, Sad to read this review, for which I have to give some explanations. The stairs are well mentioned in my listing, then I do not understand why you have not asked details about the access if your parents cannot walk properly. The path to reach the seaside is not unsafe, but again for the above reason if the stairs were too difficult, a dirty road was not better. I am sorry but I can’t feel guilty for your parents mobility issue. Reason why I refused your refund request which was totally unreasonable. About the bathroom it’s true we had a unexpected issue which was solved hours later. Not a full day.

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie (Kinder 18 &14) 14Tage dort.Die Lage ist wie beschrieben traumhaft und macht kleinere Mankos wieder wett.Den Strand von "li Cossi" erreicht man zu Fuss über Schleichwege in einer knappen 1/2Stunde. Fantastischer Spaziergang. Toller Strand.In Costa Paradiso bekommt man alles was man braucht. Restaurants, Lebensmittelläden, Strandbars, Eisdielen, Souvenirshops. Was fehlt ist eine Flaniermeile wie man sie in anderen ital. Städten findet. Meinen Söhnen war es etwas zu "gechillt". Deshalb sind wir abends manchmal nach Isola Rossa gefahren (Auto ca.30min), dort ist etwas mehr los.Das Appartment ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zweckmässig. Klimaanlage & Wlan top. Betten bequem.Allerdings wirkt die Einrichtung stellenweise etwas vernachlässigt.An der Treppenfliese innen fehlt eine Ecke (Verletzungsgefahr), an der Holzterrasse steht ein Brett ab, an den Türen der Küchenschränke sollten die Schaniere justiert werden...ist verbesserungsfähigEtwas enttäuschend war das wir am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes bei der ortsansässigen Vermittlungsagentur per Whatsapp den Wäscheständer beanstandet hatten der a. sehr wackelig (fiel bei Wind ständig um) und b. angerostet war. Da ist 12 Tage keine Reaktion gekommen...perfekt ist das nicht.Das von anderen Gästen angesprochene Ameisenproblem existiert tatsächlich, ist aber lösbar wenn man nicht überall seinen Süßkram verteilt.War ein fast perfekter Urlaub

Beim Ankommen waren wir alle von dem tollen Blick geflasht und wir haben die vielen Sonnenuntergänge sehr genossen. Ruhe und Erholung mit traumhafter Lage an der Costa Paradiso

Villa Stelle ist ein hübsches kleines Casa für ruhige entspannte Urlaubstage. Geschmackvoll im maritimen Stil eingerichtet und umgeben von Rosmarin und Orleander. Der Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Wir hatten jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Trotz beginnender Sommerhochsaison Anfang Juli, hatten wir eine wunderbare Ruhe auf Villa Stelle. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Christelle war sehr gut, super freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben Villa Stelle und die Costa Paradiso ins Herz geschlossen und kommen wieder.

schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Die Wohnung von Christelle ist sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft!! Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert. Auch die Mitarbeiter der Agentur sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Strände und einsame Buchten. Mit dem Auto unterwegs zu sein, ist von Vorteil da alles doch recht "weitläufig" ist ... Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Fantastische Aussicht - liebevolle Einrichtung

Costa in Paradise

Die Ferienanlage Costa Paradiso ist wirklich ein Naturschauspiel. Die Wohnung war tatsächlich auf den ersten Blick wie inseriert. Aber der Besitzer könnte seine Einrichtung technisch ein bisschen besser pflegen. Es ist schade, weil es eigentlich so geschmackvoll ausgestattet ist. Mit Christelle selbst und der Agentur kamen wir sehr gut klar.

Appena arrivati, non capivamo be e come muoverci, ma con il passare dei giorno ci siamo innamorati di questo luogo ancora incontaminato, tranquillo, silenzioso e che iffre molto anche per chi vuole girarr un po.
