Graziosissimi appartamenti a Tropea situati a meta collinetta soprastante il centro storico del paese.Gli immobili hanno tutti vista mare.Il piccolo complesso denominato Borgo Panoramico per la speciale posizione dominante.Vista mare vista centro storico vista Isole Eolie giardino di circa 2.000 mq in comune piscina infinity area idromassaggio forno a legna area BBQ in comune parcheggio privato . Poiche' il complesso e' panoramico vi e' una salita di circa 300 mt percorribile anche in automobile.Il centro storico si trova a circa 700 metri mentre il mare e' a circa 1 km. Ogni appartamento ha la sua veranda privata con area relax e tavoli con sedie per il pranzo o cena all'esterno.Tutti gli immobili sono dotati di climatizzatore caldo freddo e internet wireless.Si tratta di appartamentini in villa di circa 40 mq ad appartamento compost da:1 camera da letto,1 bagno con doccia e termo arredo, 1 cucina abitabile con comodo divano letto per altri 2 persone,veranda con vista mare. Proprietari sempre disponibili e cordiali.
Il giorno del check-in i clienti devono pagare la tassa di soggiorno di 1,50 euro a persona al giorno. I bambini sotto i 12 anni non pagano la tassa di soggiorno.
