Furnished rental of 40 m² in perfect condition (complete renovation in July 2016) in a very quiet, secure residence in downtown Vannes (200 m from the Monoprix and 100 m from the Town Hall), in a very quiet street.
A private parking space is also available (very rare at this location).
It consists of a living room with kitchen: electric hob, oven, microwave - coffee maker - dishes - cupboard - iron - washing machine - table with 4 chairs - small furniture - kitchen utensils
A bedroom with a 140 x 190 double bed + chest of drawers
A sitting area in a veranda with television + convertible sofa (sleeps 2)
A bathroom with sink + shower + toilet
Baby cots + baby chairs available on request (double if twins) and included in the rental.
A small secure cellar for storing bikes is also available.
Available from Saturday to Saturday (1 week minimum)
