Charming flat located only few minutes walk from Central Station as well as close to Metro Line M2. 5 minutes walking to Corso Buenos Aires, a large shopping street with connection to Metro Line M1. 20 minutes walk to Duomo.

The guests will have access to the entire apartment. Kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Late check out as available costs 50% of night price. Early check in on request as available. Always luggage storage Monday to Friday from 9am to 6 pm. CHECK IN REGISTRATION We can accept guests only with ID, Passport or driving license for registration.

CHECK-IN: 15:00-00:00 CHECK-OUT: before 11:00. Late check out subject to availability. Cost equal to 40% of one night. SELF CHECK-IN with numeric keypad for the entrance door and the apartment door. DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT: if damage is found upon check-out, a penalty of up to €300 may be charged ADAPTER SECURITY DEPOSIT: we lend universal electrical socket adapters free of charge upon immediate deposit of €10 in cash which will be returned upon return of the device. SILENT TIMES It is requested to respect the hours of silence from 8 to 23 of the condominium. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside the apartment. It is NOT ALLOWED to use candles (all types, all sizes) inside the apartment Parties are NOT ALLOWED Guests are REQUIRED to be polite and respectful of the apartment and what they will find at their disposal. It is MANDATORY to show a valid identity document in order to proceed with the registration of the stay before entering the apartment.

Great apartment for exploring Milan

The outdoor patio was an added plus! Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment with everything you would need. Sizeable as well.

Really nice unit, lots of space, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Our unit opened up on to a private garden and patio where we enjoyed our monring coffee. Really nice surprise! Convenient location

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and clean. It was also conveniently located very near the Milano Centrale train station as well as the metro line. If you like to get your exercise, it was only a 2-3 mile walk to the Duomo. The main shopping street Corso Buenos Aires is only a few streets away. There are also several very good restaurants literally just outside the front door of the apartment. An Indian Restaurant, Spice Village, and an Italian restaurant, Noblesse Oblige Cucina Italiana. We ate at both multiple times and they were excellent. I highly recommend the Fiochetti "cacio e pere" on the lunch menu at Noblesse Oblige.

Mooi appartement, fantastische ligging.

Een stijlvol en net appartement dichtbij het centraal station van Milaan en nog dichter bij een metrohalte vanwaar je heel Milaan in een oogwenk kan bereiken. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf en de airco is geweldig. Hier kan je rustig uitblazen na een bezoek aan de stad. In- en uitchecken verloop heel vlot. De eigenaar heeft alles goed voorzien, maar is ook steeds bereikbaar voor vragen en tips.

When we came into the apartment, everything felt clean and pleasant. The receptionist showed us everything technical and the rooms. On departure we were able to park our luggage. Inquiries were answered very quickly by mail or telephone and we were also helped directly on site. All in all very recommendable.

Luxurious apartment in very convenient location

This is in walking distance to the Central Station, close to shops and restaurants in a nice part of town. The old-fashioned streetcar line 1 runs right to the city center, and there is also a Metro station of the green line close by. It's a nice and spacious apartment, very well maintained, and the communications with the owner and the handover of the apartment were without any problems. We were a family of 3, everyone got their own room (with one person sleeping in the living room on the extendable sofa), and we would come back anytime.
