Wonderful sea view in quiet area

Fresh and well-kept apartment in a quiet and fenced area.
Fully equipped with dishwasher, washer and dryer. Wifi and AC in all rooms. 2 swimming pools on site.
Parking is free on the street in front of the house. Lift from ground plan.
Cleaning, towels and bed linen are provided for a fee of 50 € per stay.
Calaceite Vistamar is located between Nerja in the east (5 km) and Torrox Costa in the west (3 km). About 45 min from Malaga airport.
In winter, Sierra Nevada is within easy reach, with skiing over 2000m above sea level. It takes about 1 1/2 - 2 hours there by car. Excellent combination.

El apartamento es exactamente como se refleja en las fotografías. Esta emplazado en una montaña frente al mar, por lo que la temperatura es agradabilísima. Todo esta nuevo. lo único negativo, y eso no es achacable a nadie son las restricciones de agua (duchas de la playa, de la piscina ...) debido a la sequía

Schöne Wohnung.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht für eine vierköpfige Familie. Sehr bequeme Betten und Kissen, wir haben geschlafen wie zu Hause. Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die FeWo befindet sich in einer Urbanisation zwischen Torrox Costa und Nerja auf einer Anhöhe. Die Schlüsselübergabe und der Kontakt zum Vermieter funktionierten reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und super ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Vom großen Balkon hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Die Pools sind sauber und die ganze Anlage ist gut gepflegt. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt notwendig, um in die nächsten Orte zu gelangen oder Ausflüge zu machen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Top-Wohnung mit Traum-Aussicht von Top-Vermieter

Positiv: - Sehr sauber - Kommunikation mit Vermieter Michael war sehr angenehm und schnell - Sehr schöner Balkon mit Traumausblick aufs Meer - Bequeme Betten - Beide Schlafzimmer haben Rolladen, die sehr gut verdunkeln. Perfekt! - Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und leise. - Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche Negativ: - Zeitweise stinkt es im Bad. Offensichtlich stimmt in der Anlage etwas nicht mit der Kanalisation. Auch auf den Wegen in der Anlage ist teilweise ein unangenehmer Geruch vorhanden. Durch Lüften im Bad ist die Situation aber gut handhabbar. - Es befinden sich Kameras im Appartement. Vermutlich zur Kontrolle von Einbrüchen. Eine Abschaltvorrichtung wäre hilfreich gewesen. - Leider ist die Tiefgarage nicht nutzbar, was aber wg. der vielen Parkplätze vor der Tür kein Problem ist.

El apartamento es muy grande. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Aire acondicionado por todo el apartamento. Dos baños completos, habitaciones amplias con armarios empotrados. No le falta detalle, tiene de todo. Piscinas muy limpias. A 7 minutos en coche de Nerja. La playa que está justo debajo de las que más nos ha gustado.

Résidence calme, parfaitement entretenue et très bien située. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cet appartement totalement équipé. ( Le lit est hyper confortable, un vrai bonheur!) Relax frente al mar

Hemos disfrutado de 5 días de tranquilidad en este apartamento. Muy bien situado y con unas vistas espectaculares al mar. A pesar de no estar en primera línea de playa, su situación es privilegiada. Las playas de la zona, muy bien.

Perfect break

We have just returned from a week in this lovely apartment. The pictures are a true representation. It's very spacious and well equipped. The balcony is wonderful! We hired a car which I think you need to do to get the most out of the area. Excellent communication with Michael the owner - thank you! Very much recommended !

Ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir (34 und 44) haben einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Nachfolgend haben wir alle positiven und negativen Eindrücke zusammengefasst. Positiv: - Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war stets sehr schnell, freundlich und kundenorientiert - Sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung (fehlt nur noch ein Stabmixer und ein Staubsauger ;-) ) - Guter Zustand des Mobiliars - Großer Balkon mit wunderschönem Meerblick - 2 hochwertige Sonnenliegen auf dem Balkon - 2 Pools - Ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Anlage - Müllcontainer fußläufig - Ruhige Lage - Man hört das Meeresrauschen - Meerblick auch aus dem Bett des Elternschlafzimmers - Harte, nicht durchgelegene Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer - Fahrstuhl - Zuverlässiges WLan Negativ: - Durch vermutliche Fehler im Abwassersystem des Wohnblocks roch es Im Elternbad sehr stark und hartnäckig nach Kanalisation. Ab und zu zog es leider auch ins Elternschlafzimmer. Trotz umfangreicher Maßnahmen leider keine Besserung. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter könnte dies auch mit dem Nutzungsverhalten der Nachbaren zusammenhängen. Das Kinderbadezimmer ist dagegen komplett geruchsneutral. - Da der Balkon komplett überdacht ist, im Hochsommer kaum Sonne. Dadurch kann sich der Balkon nicht aufwärmen. - Aufgrund des Eckbalkons ist es sehr windig. HINWEIS: Die Kameras in der Wohnung sind nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter selbstverständlich nicht aktiv. Wir hatten trotzdem ein komisches Gefühl ;-). Alles in allem haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

sejour magnifique

Bonjour Nous avons passé un mafnifique séjour dans l'appartement de michael et bengta. L'appartement est propre, très bien équipé avec une incroyable vue sur mer dans, une résidence sécurisé un emplacement idéal à côté des meilleures plage de la costa del sol. L'appartement n'est pas loin egalement des 3 supermarchés connu de l'espagne :LIDL, mercadona et.supersol. On note comme même quelques points d'amélioration : 1) la description de l'emplacement à améliorer pour retrouve facilement la résidence 2) le wifi et l'iptv sont des services inclus dans le sejour mais on avait quelques difficultés pour les avoir. Finalement le wifi a marché aprés 2 jours mais l'iptv n'a jamais marché. 3) absence du barbecue alors qu'on.le voit sur les photos. Par contre nous signalons la réactivité rapide de michael suite à nos divers réclamations et leurs patience et disponibilité pour résoudre tous les soucis rencontrés. Nous reviendrons surement les prochainrs fois.
