Large cabin studio of 22 m2 with terrace not overlooked of 7 m2. Functional and perfectly equipped.
On the second and last floor (no neighbors above or to the right).
It consists of a cabin with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and a living room.
Living room: convertible sofa rapido system with memory foam mattress, daily bedding, flat screen TV 80 cm, various storage spaces.
Kitchenette: 2-burner electric hob, top fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils.
Bathroom: bath / shower, sink, storage.
Cabin: 2 bunk beds of 80x190 with storage chest.
Various equipment: vacuum cleaner without bag, fan, clothes dryer, table and garden chairs.
Small precision: household linen not provided.
Secure parking (accessible with code) and free wifi.
Pets not allowed.
Ideally located for hiking along the coastal path, 300 meters from the magnificent Troc Pinell cove (swimming, diving and snorkeling), 15 minutes' walk from the town center and the seafront promenade. In the immediate vicinity of the Thalacap Catalonia thalassotherapy center.
