The house is immersed in the greenery of the La Suara Tolta natural park of our property which extends for 360,000 m2.
It is only 1 km away. from San Pantaleo, the only "real" town on the Costa Smeralda, and a few km. from the most enchanting beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.
The house is a 30 sq m studio apartment. Well furnished and complete with everything. It has 1 bathroom with shower, 3 beds + folding cot, kitchen, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes and dishes in quantity
San Pantaleo is a meeting point at night ... and a starting point in the morning to visit the rich surroundings on the sea / beaches side or to visit the gentle Gallura countryside and visit the villages of the interior.
Here you can spend your holidays in total tranquility and well-being, no noise, no cars, no neighbors, no pollution. With the advantage of having beaches and beautiful places around you. In the evening San Pantaleo comes alive: pubs, trattorias, restaurants and pizzerias, shops and art shops welcome you to make you spend a nice evening with friends. Do not miss the Thursday market and the many events and festivals held in the legendary square.

Perfetto per chi vuole relax e gentilezza
La casa è immersa in un parco naturale, una vera oasi di pace e tranquillità. L'host Vincenzo è super gentile e discreto, sempre pronto a dispensare consigli ed informazioni. A solo 1 minuto di macchina è possibile raggiungere San Pantaleo, un vero paese gioiello, e a circa 20 minuti si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge di Porto Rotondo e Porto Cervo. Consiglio per chi ama visitare le bellezze della Sardegna ma anche godersi un po' di meritato relax. Consigliatissimo!

Mattia grazie!Ci ha fatto un immenso piacere ospitarla e ci auguriamo di rivederla qui in un prossimo futuro.Il nostro Parco naturale,le nostre "pietre preziose" cioè le straordinarie pietre di granito modellate dal tempo,il nostro incantevole paese San Pantaleo,la nostra aria profumata,l'acqua incontaminata dei nostri pozzi,il cielo limpido pieno di stelle,il silenzio e la tranquillità sono motivo per venirci a trovare.Fuori le bellezze del nostro territorio e la sua storia,il nostro mare,le nostre spiagge,i locali e la buona cucina completano le vacanze dei nostri ospiti.
Mattia le siamo grati per avere apprezzato tutto questo.
