Room available August 25. I am looking for a person who wants to live in a pleasant environment, of tranquility, familiarity and harmony. Sants neighborhood, metro L5, L1 and connection to L3. With security system, very quiet area, almost all are elderly people and at night there are no noises. You live very calm. Ideal for girl or lady who wants to stay for a long season and likes tranquility, respect, order and harmony. Animals are not accepted, there are already 3 cats on the floor. There are no photos because it is a new work and it is being built.
