Shota was an incredibly communicative host—anytime we had a question, he responded quickly. He coordinated an easy key drop-off since we had a tight window before an event, and we were greeted by Soso, who helped with our bags upstairs & connected us to WiFi. The welcome and communication were truly 5/5.We booked knowing this was a new listing, so there’s always some risk without reviews.Pros:Very clean apartment with fresh-smelling bedding. Having central AC, a washer, and two beds was a huge plus and hard to find in this area. Great location. We also really appreciated the blackout curtains that had been installed after the listing photos—it was a nice touch and made a difference for sleeping.Cons / Things to note:It’s not truly a two-bedroom—it’s a one-bedroom with an additional bed in the living room. It worked for us, but helpful to set expectations. The space feels like a bachelor pad converted into a rental, with visible wear and tear (e.g., masking tape on fridge handles/floors). The AC didn’t reach the bedroom well, the shower head holder was broken (had to hold it), and there was some mold in the shower. The bedroom mattress is quite worn—you can feel the springs.Hot water may only last for one shower—fine if you’re quick, but my sister did run out. We also only had two partially used rolls of toilet paper for a three-night stay.Additional notes:Laundry and drying rack was a big bonus after traveling for over a week!
