The Space:
Once you enter in this apartment, you are welcomed by a luminous living room that has a dining table for four people and a large sofa. From the two small balconies, you can take in the amazing view of the Eiffel tower whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine.

On the left of the entrance, you will find a fully equipped kitchen perfect if you want to whip something up at home instead of going out for dinner. The main bedroom, situated just on the left of the living room and next to the bathroom, has a comfortable 140cm queen size bed and a lovely view of the  Parisian rooftops. Just up the stairs is the mezzanine which has two 70cm single beds open to the living area.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
The Champs de Mars and Eiffel tower area, one of the mains reasons why people comes to Paris!
Here you are inside of the 7th districts, one of the safest. You'll find not only the Eiffel Tower to visit, but the Hôtel des Invalides, Musée d'Orsay, Musee Rodin, and the Musée du quai Branly as well.
This district contains lots of French national Institutions and the OCDE european headquarters among others.
It’s a residential district where you will also find lots of great restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
Metro: Ecole Militaire ( 3 mins walking)

- The washer/ dryer is a combination machine.
- There is an elevator in the building, but there are some stairs to access it.
- The mezzanine is open to the living room.
- There are two single beds in a shared space.
- The balconies are small, but a great place to walk out on and admire the Eiffel Tower view!
