This new exclusive villa, completed in May 2018, is located at 80m from the sea with sand and is surrounded by a private garden with big trees and flowers, palms and flowers.
The villa is located on the sea in the Nature Reserve Coastal Park Seagulls, an unspoiled area of rare beauty full of small beaches and such as Cala Nova which hosts a famous restaurant on its beach.
This villa is ideal for families with children and groups of friends.
It is bright and modern, well furnished and is divided into two levels. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with big windows. 2 living rooms and a huge terrace with sea sight.
The kitchen is an equipped coffee machine, an American coffee maker, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning. There is also TV 4k UHD with SAT channels in different languages such as German, English and French and WIFI broadband.
