Welcome to Casaisoladelba!
In a splendid 1,500 m2 garden among pines, flowers and palm trees, my fresh and bright Villetta awaits you and your family!
It is located just 80 meters from the beach of Margidore (1 km of pebbles in a frame of wonderful colors) and 300 meters, all flat, from the beach of Lacona (1.2 km of fine sand).

VILLETTA di CASAISOLADELBA
can accommodate four people and consists of:
- Covered patio in the garden with table, chairs and chaise longue: very comfortable for enjoying your meals, relaxing for an afternoon rest, comfortable for working in smart working.
- Living room with double entrance accessible from the garden and with a window overlooking the garden. Sofa, table and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchenette (stove, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, pots, coffee maker, cutlery etc etc..).
- Double bedroom with wardrobe, window overlooking the garden.
- Room with bunk bed, window overlooking the garden. Loft space for luggage.
- Bathroom with shower and bidet and window overlooking the garden + shower and external sink.

CASAISOLADELBA is a structure consisting of a three-room VILLA and an OPEN SPACE mini-apartment, an excellent opportunity for two families who want to stay close together but with the guarantee of their privacy.

During the day you can enjoy the warm sun of the nearby beaches or the cool relaxation of the garden and after sunset you can dive into the nightlife of Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo or Portoferraio which are all about 10-15 minutes away by car, or opt for a quiet walk by the sea.

Every day, with a few steps on foot and all on flat ground, you can choose different views and colors!

EXCURSIONS: Villetta Casaisoladelba is located at the foot of the promontory of the Capo di Stella park area and offers the possibility of nature trails both on foot and by mountain bike with descents to small semi-deserted coves, a small paradise.

Just 10 minutes by car from the main towns of Portoferraio, Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo and Procchio.

During the day you can enjoy the warm sun of the nearby beaches or the cool relaxation of the garden and after sunset you can dive into the nightlife of Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo or Portoferraio which are all about 10-15 minutes away by car, or opt for a quiet walk by the sea.

Sehr hübsche Ferienwohnung mit genügend Platz

Wir haben uns aufgrund des Videos für die FeWo entschieden. Es war wie beschrieben. Genügend Platz Schöne gemütliche Terrasse, wo wir sehr häufig saßen. Lecker selber gekocht und den Abend genossen haben. Die Gastgeberin Isabella ist sehr warmherzig und hat uns supertolle Ausflugtipps gegeben und Restaurants empfohlen. Zum Strand war es wirklich nur ein Klacks, die Lage der FeWo ist sehr gut, ruhig aber dennoch überall in 5 Minuten zu Fuß in Lacona

Beschreibung von FeWo ist nicht korrekt zum Objekt. Kein eigener Garten. Baustelle direkt nebenan wird verschwiegen. Ab 8 Uhr früh bis 17 Uhr Lärm. Preis Leistung ist nicht gegeben. Möbel sind leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Warmwasser funktioniert nicht zu 100 %. Gastgeber wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich.

Es ist schwierig mit zwei großen Hunden eine Unterkunft zu finden und das hat bei Isabella super geklappt. Ein Haus mit allem was man braucht, eingezäuntes gepflegtes großes Grundstück, zwei Strände in 2min und 10min zu Fuss erreichbar und gute Bars und Restaurants. Support für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.... Top! Isabella e Silvano, molte grazie per la nostra bella vacanza. 😘

Gemütliches Häuschen, gepflegter Garten, Herzlichkeit auf Elba!

Es war wirklich eine schöne Zeit auf Elba. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem grosszügigen, sehr gepflegten Garten. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand und diverser Restaurants waren gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir und unser Hund haben uns super wohlgefühlt und man merkte wir waren willkommen. Die sehr herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber haben uns auch gute und praktische Tipps fürs Essen und wissenswertes über Elba gegeben. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen, bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft und werden sicher wieder kommen. Barbara und Serge

Une maison très agréable, très bien située pour aller à pieds aux différentes plages de Lacona. Une propriétaire très accueillante et très sympathique. Nous avons passé deux semaines excellentes. Je vous conseille. Una casa molto piacevole, molto molto situata per andare a piedi alle differenti spiagge di Lacona. Una proprietaria molto accogliente e molto simpatica. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane eccellenti. Vi consiglio.

les images ne corresponde pas tout a fait à la réalité, le jardin est magnifique et très grand cependant il est commun à la villa à l'open space ainsi qua la maison de la loueuse qui vit sur place. le problème est que l open space fait partie de la villa Isabella , la fentêtre du studio donne sur la terrasse ou nous prenions nos repas, il n'y a pas d'intimité.... le linge de maison n'est pas compris dans la location . Isabella est une personne très douce, très agréable et très disponible qui connait bien l'ile, elle donne beaucoup d'idées et de suggestions pour les lieux à voir, nous avons passé une soirée avec elle et avons pu déguster sa crème de limoncello qui est délicieuse !!! nous avons passé une très bonne soirée. l'ile était saturée ! nous n'avons pas pu accéder aux plages les plus belles il vaut mieux y aller en juin ou septembre

Schön zentral gelegenes Haus in Lacona, zwei Strände in Gehdistanz!

Das Haus ist für eine 4 köpfige Familie ideal. Es liegt in einem schönen Garten und hat einen schattigen Sitzplatz der bei sehr warmen Wetter sehr angenehm ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzliche und nette Menschen, die Kinder und Tiere mögen, und gerne mit Rat rund um die Insel Elba zur Seite stehen. So haben sie uns viel Informationsmaterial zum wandern und rad fahren zur Verfügung gestellt. In Gehdistanz sind zwei Strände, sowie auch eine Bäckerei, Restaurants und Mini-Market. Etwas Schade ist das der benachbarte Campingplatz mit seiner Animation am Abend laut wird.

Una settimana da favola....!

Appena arrivati alla location di Isabella, Una deliziosa casa perfettamente arredata, con un giardino da far invidia alle case dei "vip", siamo stati accolti con calore , cortesia e piena disponibilita' da parte della propietaria che ci ha subito fatti sentire a "casa" ! Io, mia moglie e la nostra piccola Ludovica di 15 mesi siamo stati veramente bene ed a nostro agio, la spiaggia era raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi e i negozi erano poco distanti. Francamente non potevamo chiedere di piu! A 15 minuti di macchina dal porto di arrivo di Portoferraio e, sebbene non abbiamo potuto visitare altre spiagge per ovvii motivi di eta' della nostra creatura, sara' questa sicuramente la scusa per ritornare a trovare Isabella e soggiornare di nuovo da lei...! Una nota molto positiva il silenzio dai rumori della nostra citta' , ma bensi' una sinfonia continua e piacevole invece di uccellini che allietavano i momenti di relax quando non eravamo in spiaggia. In conclusione, se volete veramente staccare dalla routine quotidiana e dimenticarvi la macchina per tutta la durata del viaggio, la location casa Isabella e' cio' che fa per voi! Ps: le foto secondo noi non rendono giustizia sebbene siano ben realizzate! Grazie di tutto Isabella! A presto! Famiglia Noia.

Wer Herzlichkeit und Natur liebt

Wir bedanken uns für den wunderbaren Urlaub und die herzliche freundschaftliche Begegnung mit Isabella ...... Das schöne Haus und der große Garten boten uns ein ideales Urlaubsziel mit unserem Hund. Wir vermissten nichts. Zu Fuß sind zwei ideale Strände zu erreichen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer guten Lage auf der Insel um Ausflüge zu starten, egal welcher Art. un logement parfait pour découvrir l'île d'elbe

Nous avons passé une semaine sur l'île d'elbe. La location est parfaite pour une famille avec 2 enfants, propre et bien équipée. Depuis la location, 2 plages sont facilement atteignables à pied. L' appartement est bien centré, ce qui permet de visiter l'île en limitant les trajets. Mare e relax

Siamo appena tornati dalla nostra vacanza all'Isola d'Elba. La Signora Isabella ti accoglie come un vecchio amico e non un semplice ospite. La casa è davvero l'ideale per una famiglia con figli come noi visti i grandi spazi esterni senza pericoli in cui i bambini possono giocare in libertà. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che può servire ed è molto fresca e silenziosa. La spiaggia di Margidore è raggiungibile a piedi in davvero pochi minuti e ha la qualità di essere non molto frequentata a differenza della vicina spiaggia di Lacona; l'ideale per chi cerca la tranquillità.

In questa oasi di pace mi sono goduto una settimana di relax con i miei due figli. La Sig.ra Isabella ti accoglie con piacevole cortesia e competenza soprattutto nell'indicare le spiagge più belle e i posticini per una cena autentica e genuina. Torneremo certamente.

Un'oasi di pace

Immersa nel verde a davvero pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Margedera ed a un paio di centinaia di metri da quella più grande di Lacona, Villa Isabella non ha deluso le nostre aspettative. Le camere ed i servizi ci hanno permesso di trascorrere una splendida vacanza. La soluzione delle due villette adiacenti ha permesso alle due famiglie di passare insieme il tempo, mantenendo ognuno i propri spazi. Il grande giardino, completamente a nostra disposizione ha permesso a noi di crogiolarci al sole ed ai nostri cagnetti (due di piccola taglia) di scorrazzare liberamente e godere anche loro dell'aria isolana. La signora Isabella ci ha accolti come ospiti e non come semplici clienti e la sua presenza nella Villa (infatti la signora abita in una zona della villa completamente indipendente) è sempre stata piacevole e discreta. Approfittando della presenza della cucina e di prodotti ittici ottimi, abbiamo quasi sempre pranzato e cenato in casa, a parte tre volte, senza mai pentircene. Consigliamo "Da Ledo" a Lacona (per la pizza), l' "Enoteca della fortezza" a Portoferraio (ambiente suggestivo e ottimi vini) e per ultimo, ma non per ultimo l' "Osteria del Noce" a Marciana (per tutto! Ottimo il cibo, ottima la vista, ottimo il servizio ed ottimo il prezzo). Sperando di riuscire a tornare presto sull'Isola d'Elba, possiamo affermare che il luogo che ci ha accolti ha sicuramente contribuito all'esito positivo della nostra vacanza. Paolo e Loredana

Mare e tanto relax

Casa molto accogliente, proprietaria disponibile per informazioni e qualsiasi aiuto, possibilità di non muovere la macchina (anche se consiglio di girare almeno due tre spiaggia oltre quelle vicino alla casa), si può passare un periodo di relax e tranquillità lontano dalla vita frenetica delle città...consigliabile a tutti coloro che vogliono riposarsi

Il titolo che abbiamo scelto non è solo un titolo ma rispecchia la realtà! L'aria che si respira a casa Isabella è un aria famigliare e lei è una padrona di casa attenta ma discreta. Tornare dalla spiaggia ed entrare nel giardino era un pò come entrare nell'Eden!! La nostra vacanza è stata riposante e piacevole; un consiglio, se potete, prendete la casa in toto per poter godere appieno delle sue potenzialità. Casetta deliziosa!

Siamo stati in questa deliziosa casetta a luglio. Ideale per una famiglia con bambini, è a due passi dalla spiaggia, il giardino è ampio e fantastico, ma soprattutto la proprietaria è stata di grandissima ospitalità e molto gentile. Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante e piacevole. Speriamo di tornarci presto..!

Casa deliziosa! Per una f...

Casa deliziosa! Per una famiglia con bambini (nel mio caso anche un cane di taglia media) è l'ideale! A due passi dalla spiaggia (mare meraviglioso!!)e dai negozi dove poter fare la spesa.Il giardino è grande, ombreggiato, la sera è bellissimo poter cenare all'aperto con il fresco, bambini e cagnolini hanno piena libertà senza pericoli. I proprietari sono di grandissima ospitalità e gentilezza. Assolutamente consigliato
