Basque house, totally renovated for 18 people, located in a dominant position, in a forest of 1.5 ha, facing the Rhune and out of sight.

The house includes:
- A large oval swimming pool of 12m x 6m heated.
- Gym in the middle of a bamboo forest
- A large secure car park with 12 places.
- A play area with swing for the little ones.
- A sunny terrace of 350m², which surrounds the house which allows everyone to find his place.

House of 220m², on 2 levels, offers 6 bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom and toilet, a 4-bed room mainly for children, 2 additional bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large living room, and a large kitchen dining room. Each room is equipped with 2 beds of 90 or double beds of 180.

On the ground floor, living room, kitchen dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with large shower.
On the 1st floor, 4 bedrooms (incl the large for 4), 1 bathroom with bath and shower, 1 bathroom with shower. 2 separate toilets.

In Glamping mode, the house offers two studio cabins, fully furnished which is the 7th and 8th bedroom of the house, with beds of 180, and a common natural bathroom outside.

Hotel quality linen is provided.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, 1 microwave, 2 dishwashers, 2 induction hobs, a Nespresso machine, a percolator and traditional one, and household robots.

The living room is equipped with a large LED TV, a DVD player and free box subscription.

Wonderful Stay

Fantastic house - even better in person than in the pictures. Everything about out stay here was wonderful - Laurence was very friendly and response and Xabi was incredibly helpful in making our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Family of 12 vacation near St Jean de Luz

We had an almost perfect time with our family at this well equipped and beautiful property. The downside was it was a very warm week and the lack of air conditioning made the upstair bedrooms and accessory rooms unbearable. We purchased 4 fans to use, which helped. The manager, Xabi, was super helpful and arranged a delicious dinner for us to enjoy at the property in the first night. The pool was a life saver which we all enjoyed.

Indeed, you came during one of the hottest weeks of summer, which is particularly rare in the Basque country, which is why the houses do not have air conditioning because it would not be used. Amazing House, Great Location

The property is beautiful and the house is very functional and well laid-out, not to mention very cool. The kitchen/dining/chilling area is spacious and comes with all the appliances you need, including two dish washers, which is a big thumbs up. The pool is heated and we enjoyed many afternoon and late evening swims. The house is located just a five-minute drive from Saint Jean de Luz and twenty minutes from La Rhune. It is an ideal base for exploring the region with easy access to the ocean, mountains, and the highway. There is a massive supermarket nearby as well. Communication with the owner and her assistant prior to and during our stay went smoothly. The owner is very well connected and helped us with restaurant suggestions and bookings. The assistant was very helpful. He also is an accomplished cook and prepared a delicious Basque meal for us the day we arrived.

Idyllic

We had an idyllic family reunion at Etxe Zuria in Urrugne. The house and cabana complex with fully equipped patio, pool, ping-pong and grill set up accommodated the needs of each age group in our family: my elderly dad, toddler, little kids, tween nieces/nephews, and adult siblings and in-laws. All rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied, and the family room was big enough and tech-friendly to entertain all eight kids. Some updates might include: screens for the windows since we got a lot of mosquito bites at night, kitchen towels, and a warning about the pool depth in the posting since it was too deep to stand in. Other than that: DREAMY.

Une maison de rêve!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Laurence. Nous étions 4 familles avec chacun 2 enfants. La maison est encore mieux en vrai! La situation est parfaite, à mi chemin entre les plages et des balades! Nous sommes en pleine nature tout en étant à 10min du supermarché (très très pratique quand on est 16!) La grande piscine chauffée est un véritable atout lorsque le temps ne permet pas d aller à la plage. Les cabanes sont magiques. La Cuisine très spacieuse permet de cuisiner tous ensemble. Les chambres sont toutes agréables et la literie impeccable. Le très bon accueil et la serviabilité de notre contact sur place a participé à notre enchantement! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Amazing place!

We were really lucky to find this beautiful house with amazing views to Larrun to have our wedding celebration. The place is ideal to relax or in our case, to have a celebration with a few people. The owner was really helpful regarding all the small details and we are really thankful that she gave us the opportunity to have such a beautiful day in her place. We really recommend her place; it´s clean and it has everything you need to feel like at home. The location is just perfect because there are no neighbours too close, but you are still close to town.

Une villa magnifique, un séjour parfait !

La villa est tout simplement parfaite. Elle est grande, hyper bien équipée, avec une vue magnifique sur la Rhune et les montagnes alentours. C'est un bijou, et les cabanes autour permettent un réel isolement dans le cadre de vacances à plusieurs couples/familles. Je n'ai rien à redire, nous étions nombreux pour y fêter mon anniversaire et tout le monde en a eu le souffle coupé en découvrant la maison. Je recommande vivement !

Notre séjour chez Laurence a été tout simplement un pure plaisir! Autant pour la vue, le cadre, le confort et l’accueil que nous a offert Laurence! Nous en avons eu plein les yeux de sa magnifique villa, décoré avec goût! Un petit déjeuner aux petits soins. Nous avons également pu profiter de la superbe piscine, mais aussi de la ville de Saint-Jean-de-luz à 10min en voiture. Un séjour à recommander pour faire le plein de beauté des lieux! Le séjour à comblé nos attentes

La maison est face à la Rhune, dans un cadre de verdure. Les chambres sont toutes spacieuses et l’ensemble est conçu et meublé avec goût. On peut y vivre tous ensemble tout en gardant chacun son Indépendance. Très bon accueil de Laurence la propriétaire des lieux.

Beautiful and quiet getaway in the Basque Country

We have enjoyed two weeks of lazy days by the pool. Despite some rainy days we had great fun in the perfectly heated pool which was equipped with lots of fun toys for the kids. The house is amazing with spacious rooms, several bathrooms and lots of useful equipment, as for instance two washing machines, a huge refrigerator and oven etc. Perfect for big families or groups. Just a short drive down the road we could get fresh bakeries for breakfast every day from the local bakery of Ciboure. Nearly all the houses in this nearby village look like fairytale houses. We also got delicious duck from the local butcher shop and take away pizza when we didn't bother to cook ourselves. The view of the mountain "La Rhune" is to be enjoyed from three of the bedrooms, as well as from the living room. It was lovely to wake up to this view accompanied by birds singing. We definitely recommend spending your holidays here. The only suggestion we have is to put a fan in every bedroom as it can get pretty hot inside on sunny days, and it will keep the mosquitoes away while sleeping. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Calme, luxe et dépaysement

Quelques jours de rêves dans cette maison.   Nous ne connaissions pas l’endroit, mais les conseils précieux des propriétaires amoureux de cette région nous ont permis de cibler les lieux à ne pas manquer.   La difficulté était surtout de sortir de cette maison à l’accueil chaleureux. La piscine, la terrasse, le salon, tout l’environnement vous pousse à ne pas bouger et profiter du calme et de la vue sur la Rhune. Vue qu’il est possible d’apprécier également depuis la cuisine et le salon.   La maison est ouverte vers l’extérieur et le passage de la spacieuse cuisine, où rien ne manque, vers la terrasse se fait sans même s’en rendre compte.   Les chambres et salles de bains sont à l’unisson avec une décoration raffinée et habilement mariée à l’ensemble de la bâtisse.     En résumé, un lieu idéal qu’il est vraiment difficile de quitter.   D’ailleurs nous reviendrons.

Exceptionnelle et rare

Maison sublime au calme et dans un décor exceptionnel et équipée grand luxe jusqu au thermomix ! Les deux lave vaisselles sont aussi une belle idée pour les grandes tablées. La propriétaire est d une grande disponibilité et très sympa, et nous fait partager ses bons plans du pays basque. Je recommande cette maison idyllique à tout point de vue

Réveillez vous avec un lever de soleil sur la Rhune, on le voit depuis les chambres, la cuisine, ou avec un café sur la terrasse... S'il fait frais, réfugiez-vous à l'intérieur, la maison est grande, accueillante, très joliment meublée, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Cuisine top pour les chefs en herbe, et même accomplis. Si vous avez trop chaud, sortez sur la terrasse, reposez vous sur une chaise longue, piquez une tête ou déjeunez dehors... il ne manque rien et pourtant, esprit critique, j'ai cherché... Le soir, fare niente et/ou pour faire la fête, les Basques ne sont pas les derniers, d'un côté ou de l'autre de la frontière...

Un accueil juste au top, un cadre d'exception, une sérénité qui se dégage de cette superbe maison, une vue incroyable sur le somment de la montagne Rhune, le côté pratique de la proximité des commerce et de Saint Jean de Luz. Superbe maison avec belle vue sur la rhune

Maison très bien équipée pour famille nombreuse ou groupe d amis. L endroit est très calme et pourtant à moins de 5 min en voiture de la mer. On a bien aimé le style moderne et chaleureux de la deco. La cuisine est super bien équipée Grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine sans aucun vis à vis Attention à la hauteur de la piscine car on n'a pied nulle part On conseille cette belle maison
