The indoor living areas are air conditioned and have been both comfortably and tastefully decorated with features such as exposed ceiling beams and terracotta floor tiles. Located on the ground floor is the living/dining area which is light and spacious with large picture windows that slide open into the wall space, bringing the outside terrace inside the house. There is a fully equipped kitchen with doors leading directly to terrace offering convenience for alfresco dining. Also located on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms (Master and twin) each with their own ensuite bathroom.
The first floor offers a TV room with outdoor terrace as well as 2 additional bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double) each with an ensuite shower room.
