The kitchen and all bathrooms are modern, white with clean lines and all brand new. With 3 bedrooms on entrance level and 1 bedroom on the first floor with separate lounge and sea view this villa is spacious and ideal for a stay with friends and family. There is a dining terrace overlooking the garden and beautiful swimming pool with a wonderful sea view. You walk to town and beaches of Golfe Juan in 10 minutes drive to the towns of Cannes, Antibes and Juan les Pins in under 10 minutes

Guests will be able to use the entire villa, pool and gardens for their private use
