Best Villa we have ever stayed in

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. The Villa is exactly as the photos depict and the quality of everything with excellent. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Private Palace for the Perfect Stay

The villa went beyond our expectations. It’s massive in size with four bedrooms (and five beds!) with a pool the size of the home. The villa was as clean as possible and I’m only sad our stay wasn’t longer so we could actually get to use more of the facilities.

Great service with Nicolas the concierge for the late check in, cleaners available whenever we planned it. Very cool place for relaxing. Children friendly. Close to Marineland and aqua attraction park. I recommend.

It's a spacious & nice house. Everything is clean and in a very good shape. We did not expect such a good service: a very friendly concierge that let us in, a very functional kitchen, comfortable beds and much more. The beach is 7-10 minutes by car but the pool is a good alternative as well during summer I guess. We can fully recommend this place and hope we will come back some day.

Great house, with a stunning swimming pool. This place is very comfortable and was perfect for our stay. We came with the whole family. The decoration is mixed between exotic art and high quality furnitures. One great quality/price ratio. Will definitely come back next year !!! Special thanks to the concierge Nicolas for his help.

Great Villa inside and out

Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the villa, pool area and finishing touches. It was nice to have shampoos/slippers etc provided to make it more fine hotel-like and fresh flowers and water already in the fridge was a nice touch on arrival. Nicolas who met with us on arrival was very helpful and friendly and made it very clear he was on the end of the telephone if we had any problems

Very enjoyable stay. Excellent pool design, which worked well having younger children. Picture are true likeness. Bedrooms are big/en-suites to match (the super king en-suite is like something out of Vegas!). The villa features lots of well thought out lighting arrangements as well as other useful devices (electric gate/shutters, aircon). Our first visit to Antibes and we thought this was a good location to explore locally and beyond. Would recommend.

Wonderful property

This property was exactly as advertised. Well air conditioned, clean, well stocked and comfortable. Pool was excellent and the yard was well maintained. The we a few minor issues to correct but the company was attentive and addressed issues rapidly. The house is situated in an average Antibes neighborhood. Company accommodated check in and check out times as needed. Basement garage area had pool table, fooseball and ping-pong.

This property tried to scam and defraud us by getting us to pay to repair their pool table (photo below), which was located in a damp hidden room in the basement. We know that we didn’t cause this damage because never used the pool table in any way. They also tried to charge us for not taking out the trash, which had to be done on a Tuesday, despite the fact that we checked out on a Monday. The house was nice, and the pool area was very nice, but there were bugs nipping at us most for most of our visit. Bring bug spray, as that will help a bit, but you’ll still have to avoid being out by the pool at certain times.

Hello, We are surprised and disappointed by your review. You mentioned the house and the pool were very nice, yet you still gave 2/5, which does not reflect the quality of the property or our work. About the pool table: before each check-in, everything is inspected. After your stay, scratches were clearly found on the cloth. A deposit exists precisely to cover this type of damage. The owner even agreed to pay half of the repair costs himself to be fair, although it was obvious the issue occurred during your stay. Calling this a “scam” is unfair, as we simply applied the rental rules. Regarding the trash, the collection days are fixed by the city, and all guests are asked to respect them. This is not something we control. As for mosquitoes, Antibes in summer is naturally subject to them, especially near a pool. This is a normal, seasonal situation in the region, not a problem specific to our property. It is disappointing to receive such a low rating, not because of the quality of the accommodation, but because we enforced standard rental conditions. Reviews should reflect the property and the stay, not frustration over a deposit.

Wonderful holiday

The villa was wonderful! Live even nicer than on the pictures. Ping pong table, basketball place, Billard, Pool etc anything you need to have a great time. Villa was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen or the rooms. A lot of space also for the cars. Very private house with a big gate so that no one can look inside and you can enjoy your privacy. The fair company is very helpful with organising anything you need during your stay. Their concierge service is efficient and quick which is great. Might it be a boat trip to organise or getting information about where to eat. A very Allround company which makes your holiday way easier and relaxing. We are definitely going to book again with the fair company if we are in the south of france again.

It was our second time visiting this villa and drive up to the Villa gave a feeling of anticipation which wasn’t a disappointment. Security was important and from the gate and the house did not let us down as it felt secure and had enough car space for a few cars. Not only was the Villa superbly maintained, but the ambiance was reminiscent of a beautiful home surrounded by typical French countryside. The rooms are spacious and the decor was of a high standard. Much thought has gone into the colour scheme and carefully thought out to give the feeling of luxury and relaxation. The bedrooms are of a good size with large walk in wardrobes and plenty of good light.. A large pool and lovely gardens surrounding made it hard to venture out. Overall a delightful Villa... And a special mention to our concierge Nicholas, who went above and beyond, as no request was too much.

Wonderful property for a birthday celebration

We booked this property for my 50th birthday celebration and stayed with family and friends. Location is great with probably the biggest and most well stocked carrefour I have ever seen a 10 min drive away. The rest of the Côte d’Azur is at your doorstep with the autoroute easily accessible so quick trips to Nice airport are easily done. The property itself is outstanding, as others have mentioned the photos don’t do it justice. There is a real feeling of space and furnishings and finishes are top quality. We spent many hours by or in the pool and made good use of the BBQ. In the evenings we played pool and table tennis in the basement, great family time. The management company were super easy to deal with and were professional at all times. They have some genuinely lovely employees and comms via WhatsApp was straightforward. We arranged a yoga class through the management company and the teacher was superb, a perfect start to my birthday. All in all it surpassed our expectations and we are now looking at booking the villa for next year for two weeks.

Dishonest Managing Agents

Overall we had a nice stay at the property however it was ruined by the management company. They were not particularly helpful when genuine concerns were raised (such a the cot not being fit for purpose for a baby). They also just charged my credit card at the end without an email, authorisation or justification. When I challenged them as to why they had charged the card they stopped responding. Very disappointing.

Fantastic villa for a family

I (two parents and two kids aged below 10 + friends occasionally visiting) recently had the pleasure of staying at this great villa, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The villa itself was spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. One of the standout features was the fantastic amenities it offered. The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for relaxing and cooling off on warm days. The barbecue area was a delightful bonus, allowing us to enjoy delicious outdoor meals with ease. The location of the villa was in a wonderfully calm area, which provided the peace and tranquility we were seeking for our getaway. It was the ideal spot for unwinding and enjoying quality time with family or friends. Antibes itself is a great location to visit the French Riviera, from Monaco to St Tropez, it’s a quick road trip. However, as a constructive feedback, I would mention limited offering of restaurants near the villa as a slight inconvenience, largely offset by a well equipped kitchen and the great barbecue. I would also highlight that there are many restaurants 10 minutes from the villa. Wifi could be upgraded. Overall, our stay at this villa was fantastic, and we will definitely return in the future. It's a perfect choice for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy a relaxing vacation with excellent amenities in South of France.

Amazing Villa

Amazing villa with everything you need for an adventure in Cote d’Azur. We were a large party of 7 and fit comfortably in this exceptional villa. Each room with its own bathroom, made for a convenient set-up for adults and children; the attention to details in the rooms and bathroom gave the villa a resort atmosphere. The villa surroundings are great to relax and entertain. The beautiful pool and surrounding deck, makes it great to relax and enjoy the sun, eat and drink. Access to the pool from multiple bedrooms, living area, kitchen and home exterior makes it simple to enjoy. The entire property is well maintained and secure, with easy vehicle access for loading up your car. The property is gated with a private fence; however, the beautiful views of the French Riviera are not obstructed. Fairplace was a truly professional partner in our vacation. Our concierge, Lina, was responsive and was truly interested in our enjoyment of the facility and Antibes. She helped organize transportation, reservations, a chef prepared dinner at the villa and even helped us resolve electricity problem we encountered. The villa is approximately 2 to 3 kilometers from beaches, shopping, and other attractions. Although groceries and necessities are a bit closer to the villa, walking can be challenging in the immediate area. Plan transportation carefully as Ubers are difficult to acquire. We highly recommend this property as well as Fairplace. Thank you.

Phantastische Ferienvilla zum Erholen für die ganze Famile

Die Villa hält was die Bilder versprechen. Absoluter Top Zustand, gepflegt, sauber, geräumig und gut geeignet für 8 Personen. Kleinere Dinge (wie zB der Zünder am Grill) wurden sofort und unkompliziert repariert (in diesem Fall vom Eigentümer selbst, der innerhalb von 10 Minuten vor Ort war). Unser Concierge Jules hat sich um alle anderen Dinge sehr professionell gekümmert, und war immer erreichbar. Zur Lage - die Häuser rund um Villa Paradisio herum sind von deutlich geringerer Qualität, und obwohl man davon innerhalb des Grundstücks nichts davon mitbekommt, sollte man darauf vorbereitet sein. Trotzdem - absolut weiter zu empfehlen, wir haben wunderschöne Ferien verbracht.
