Beautiful apartment inside an old house with a beautiful and typical Seville patio, located in the historic and central Santa Cruz neighborhood. It has capacity for 5 people. It has two spacious rooms, both with comfortable single beds and a modern double sofa bed in the spacious living room. It is perfect for couples, families with or without children and friends. As soon as you enter the house you access a beautiful central bright interior patio, full of plants and flowers, which transmit calm and freshness. The kitchen is brand new and is equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. It also has a washing machine for the use of our guests. In the living room you will find a nice and comfortable sofa, TV and dining table for 5 people. You just have to enjoy it!

Apartment is situated in a great location. 5 to 10 minutes walk to all the best tourist areas and a large variety of restaurants. The apartment had all the essential items to make our stay comfortable. Very safe for a couple or family.

Amazing Stay! No Complaints!

The apartment was exactly how the listing described it as. Check in was really easy as the host left a lock box at the front door and sent us instructions as we arrived late. The apartment was clean and super spacious. The washer was a big pro! And the wifi worked perfectly and was fast as we remotely worked. Location of the place was wonderful as we were able to walk everywhere and to the main attractions into the city center under 15 minutes.

The apartment is okey? Clean and with everything you need. We recommend it. The only issue was trying to find the building and contact the property manager as per in the description they didn’t put the correct complete address and number… we lost two hour trying to finding them. But overall, good.

We loved Seville. Can’t say the same about this property. Clean, spacious but lacking in many conveniences. No body soap, no face cloths only small body towels. Kitchen photo online shows an electric coffee carafe pot but there was none. Only an old stove too expresso maker. They need to update the photo. Kitchen tiny, no paper towels or napkins-which certainly come in handy as a nice convenience for travelers. Communication wasn’t ideal. Had to wait for Javier to show up and meet us-although he was kind and gave plenty of information to us. two great cafes downstairs for a morning bite.

Wonderful location in an amazing city

This property was in a perfect location to walk around town easily. Great food and drinks nearby. A little playground for little ones within a couple minutes walk. The apartment was comfortable. The only things we think were missing were tea towels in the kitchen and dish soap. These could be added in to improve the place. One set of stairs up to the apartment to keep in mind.

Excellent property location for walking to Seville centre.

The apartment was spotless, Aircon in every room and all the amenities needed for a family of 4. The location was excellent for walking into Seville centre, which we did often. The only thing to note is parking, make sure it is explained to you clearly as we did struggle for the first few days which cost us a lot of money! Make sure you take ear plugs if you want to sleep, the restaurants over the road are really noisy and the main bedroom gets all of it. We would happily stay again though knowing what we know now and how to prepare.
