It is located in a quiet area in front of Los Quebrantos beach, in a beautiful fishing village surrounded by greenery and trees, with recreation areas, playground and barbecue.
The Los Quebrantos Beach that joins with Playón de Bayas, with more than 3 km. long, has lifeguard service, changing rooms and showers.
The town center is 200 meters away and has several supermarkets, banks, restaurants, cafes, pubs, breweries, health center, post office, municipal library, bus transportation and renfe.
It is a 10 minute car ride from Playa del Aguilar in Muros de Nalón and 15 minutes from Cudillero, with the beaches of La Concha de Artedo and San Pedro; and at a distance between 15 and 35 minutes of the three most important care in Asturias, 15 minutes away from Avilés, 30 minutes away from Gijón and 35 minutes away from Oviedo.

Great location
The flat has a nice view at the sea; the beach is in only 3-5min walking distance. The location is in a quiet place but close to the centre, in 5min walking distance from a selection of restaurants (we particularly liked sidreria "La Calea"; cafe "confiteria Carlos" was outstandingly good for morning breakfast. The flat was clean and as described, with all the facilities in a perfect working order. The only problem was a very weak 4G signal, hence for using internet we've had to walk towards the center (there is no internet in the flat); however, this was not a problem for us. I would stay again.
