This ground floor Ocean Edge Resort condo is located steps away from the Linx Tavern, Arbor Pool Complex and the Shark Bah. At 1600 square feet it is the largest size condo at Ocean Edge. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and family-friendly featuring 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, Smart TVs, and free Wi-Fi. The bedrooms and living room all have Smart TVs for you to stream your own content. The bedrooms and living room all have air conditioning. The Master bedroom has a King bed with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 Queen beds and is connected to the main bathroom. The furnished outdoor deck includes a lawn area for spreading out and relaxing.

Guests receive authorization to obtain up to 8 passes to Ocean Edge Resort's indoor pools, outdoor pools, saunas, jacuzzies, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts and fitness centers. Pool passes are purchased directly through Ocean Edge at the resort, Rates-$96/week or $32/day for adults, $48/week or $16/day for children (ages 5-15). There is a maximum of 8 guest passes allowed.

Ocean edge offers 4 restaurants. Walk over to the Linx Tavern featuring hip cocktails, fresh salads, grilled entrées in a clubby atmosphere off of the golf green. Dine indoors or outdoors, overlooking the first tee.

Take the free shuttle to The Roscommon Room. This polished turn-of-the-century bar is the Mansion’s hidden gem, with a majestic view of Cape Cod Bay complimented by a full menu of elegant cuisine. Coffee drinks, single malts, cognac and ports offer the perfect signature to your evening.

Also at the Ocean Edge Mansion enjoy the Ocean Terrace restaurant, featuring a swanky outdoor bar and dining area, with breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay.

One of our favorite dining spots at the Ocean Edge mansion is Bayzo’s Pub where guests revel in the old-fashioned charm of an English tavern with a modern twist featuring live music and plenty of televisions to catch the game.

Brewster is world famous for its pristine beaches, fine restaurants, art galleries, antique shops and parks, all of which are only a short distance from our unit. Many of the most beautiful bay-side beaches are only a 5 minute drive. Brewster offers over 48 freshwater ponds and 7 bay-side beaches that recede out over a mile at low tide offering a wonderful view of sandbars, clam beds, and tidal pools teeming with sea life. These Brewster beaches offer unsurpassed peaceful solitude, shorebirds, enchanting wildlife and spectacular sunsets.

Walk, run, bike or rollerblade directly from Ocean edge to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The trail follows 25 miles through forests, freshwater ponds, cranberry bogs, natural meadows, salt marshes, and quaint historic villages.

Golfers can tee off nearby at Captains Golf course, Cape Cod’s premier public golf course facility, using one of two complete pro-caliber courses or the full length driving range with over 40 grass tee stations. Chatham Seaside Links is another public course offering terrific seaside views and challenging play for golfers at every skill level.

The Brewster Whitecaps Cape Cod Baseball League home playing field is minutes away on Underpass Road. During the season players come for meet and greet at the Shark Bah, steps away from our condo.
